This property is clean, and the reception is very helpful and friendly. I was travelling for business, and my only concern was the thinness of the walls and the noise travelling. I had to do a presentation and had constant children screaming. This was during the day and when recording a speech in the morning. I suggest a separate area for business travellers from family travellers. A note that parking is $15 per night for parking with bollards that you need to lock and unlock as you come and go.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was expensive for what it is, I've stayed in better hotels for less $.
There is no fan in tbe toilet so we had to spend the whole time with poop smell in tbe room. Not impressed with the parking fees either. We wont be back.

Two days before they rang and offered parking for $15 in Ipswich. Not the middle of a capital city. Far too many stairs. Pool area small. Not really a selling point. Very expensive

Cars were allowed to be parked in unmarked areas in the grounds creating a nuisance and making it difficult to maneuver for correctly parked cars.

This was the result of insufficient onsite and nearby offsite parking.

The staff were wonderful! Friendly & try to do anything to help. The room was a bit disappointing for the price. It was clean & tidy but I was expecting it to be bigger as I paid quite a lot per night. No lift & 2 flights of stairs wasn't very good as my husband has a bad knee. But overall a good enough stay.

Stayed on the weekend and there was no servicing of the room - but we weren’t told about this on check-in or at booking!
So no clean towels or sheets!

Was a great comfortable stay with clean facilities. I was woken at 5.30am by some loud animal on the roof (I was on the top floor) though.
I don’t know what is was but it sounded quite large.

Could not be happier with the way staff treated us, took care in giving us Disabled Parking before we got there and room was very accessible even my wife was raving how good it was staying there. Adam and Allison and Team are on a winner. We will defiantly be back.
