I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future.

Very good hotel in Belo Horizonte. Great location, good restaurant and great breakfast. The room is a good size, the bed is good, the bathroom is good and clean.

Hotel is ok. A bit annoying having to pay in advance, request room cleaning every day. Restaurant is from poor to acceptable.

A great experience! With coffee and PDQ at the reception, which makes client feel war! Perfect design of hotel with a lot of practical facilities despite of not being luxurious! The gym is very clean with good maintenance! The checkout time is very flexible and the hotel offers free waters and drinks, which is quite rare! The only disadvantage is the food selection for breakfast. In a word, I enjoyed it a lot!

The hotel is a great place to stay. It is not the top of all hotels but the price, food and service are great! I have stayed here two years in a row and I plan to come back next year. Everyone was so helpful.

Convenient and basic. Restaurant and room service poor. Area around great full of restaurants and pubs. Median fit for short stays.

Basic hotel in a safe area. As per other reviewers the breakfast was great and plenty options for everyone. On the same note the lack of blankets was an issue for us ona double bed with only one blanket. I’m sure every place will have their problems.

Fabulous buffet breakfast, good restaurant and very good service.
Great location - one of the best areas of the city. Only a few blocks’ walk to a very nice shopping mall - Pátio Savassi Mall. This is my second stay here at Hotel Vivenzo.

The hotel location is great, breakfast food is vary good. Staff is vary helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel. However not a five star hotel.

Concierges are very rude, rooms are dirty
We ask for extra pillows and blanket and they didn’t provide it , only friendly stuff was parking guys outside, hotel are very basic for the price and location

Not one of the best beds I have slept on in recent hotels and there was hair on the shower wall. But great breakfast, staff and great location as well as price. Although I do not like to pay extra for parking at a hotel.

The hotel is great and the service is impeccable. We arrived on the city at 07h00 and the hotel accepted an early check in, offering also a breakfast without any extra cost.
I truly recommend it for those who are seeking good services and prices.

It was quite chilly and there were no blankets or comforters, I required but never received. Ckin was a joke, arrived 1:45 pm, they would not give me a room until 2, as per regulation. Even though I pointed it was a VIP access hotel, providing “early ckin”, but no: had to wait 15 minutes. Sheets and towels of extreme poor quality. Had to schedule time for breakfast, which is reasonable due to the pandemic, but when you come in they inform you only 30 minutes are allowed, and there is a line a very few staff to serve you. Never, never, never will stay in this dump again. Elevators extremely slow and staff is not friendly or proper trained. Holiday Inn is across the street: strongly recommend to stay anywhere else.

I got to the property and it was completely dirty! The bed still had old sheets on it, I’ve then requested to get a refund because I was not going to stay there in the state that it was. They said they were going to be refunding me for three rooms that I had originally made the reservation for, however they never did! This is a horrible hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone

My stay was great!!! I've been to this hotel before and it is always a pleasure. They have great rooms and the dinning area is very comfortable. The attendants are very well trained and helpful.

Dull and small room where the walls are full of scratches as if someone has moved out furniture and not cleaned their mess.
