The only issue I had at Ticuan was deffered maintence on Fixtures like the showerhead and shaving mirror both were loose, beyond repair and needed replacement.

Majority of the staff only speaks spanish. There were two Ladies at the reception desk, one lady was very nice and spoke english and the other woman never spoke and seemed to have an attitude everyday. The hotel was older . The breakfast is not good and had flies around the food. They don’t provide face towels you have to pay an additional 20.00 pesos for towels . The valet guys did not valet our car parking or help with bags . We had to go get the car each time. Tijuana was a great time outside of the hotel . I’d recommend and Air bnb over this hotel any day

The property is well maintained and they have an excellent staff who provides great service. I think this will be my hotel of choice whenever I am in Tijuana!

Everything except the noise from some dancing club to loud and make sure to provide coffee at room every day was tray where empty no coffee? Thanks

I have come to this location time and time again and been pleased every time. But I have noticed the breakfast has become abit smaller.but delicious nonetheless. This time there was a loud drunk that woke up the whole 5th floor and security handled it very quickly. So I thank them

This was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in Tijuana. Revolucion St was right around the corner and the Zona Norte only a 5 minute walk. My room on the 5th floor was so clean and the appearance was luxurious. I was super impressed on how neat my room was. Air conditioning kept the room cold and smelled clean. Bed was so comfortable and the TV even had English stations. Ice machine was located in the hallway. This will now be my go to hotel in Tijuana.
Front desk check in was fast ... but the lady didn't appear cheerful and failed to give me wifi password and how to use elevator to 5th floor. Thank you to the male manager who who helped me those issues.

Horrible front desk service. As a vip access hotel I didn’t receive room upgrade ( please don’t even mention u were full) and the 175
Pesos credit for spa. Expedia should be looking at this because they didn’t delivered it!
