Everything was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the level of attention to upkeeping the property was top notch. Also the food and restaurants in this hotel are amazing.

The hotel is well positioned on a beautiful beach in La Crucecita. The pool area is excellent and the pools themselves are great. There are a variety of excellent dining options at the hotel. The service around the pool was excellent and good value. Unfortunately what detracted from our stay was constant construction noise in and around the hotel. I raised this with management and escalated it, particularly as one aspect was constant drilling in the room next door to us which was being renovated. This was unacceptable but after 3 days eventually stopped (despite assurances each day the work would be completed that day). Front desk staff appeared disempowered to resolve issues like this and when escalated management were unwilling to offer any form of compensation for the disruption and inconvenience. I read lots of previous reviews around attention being needed to the room and amenities- given the noise it would seem some attention is being given to rooms, however basis changes like improvements to linen and towels have not been addressed. Given my experience with the management team, this does not surprise me. Despite the issues, Quinta Bella could be a great hotel. It just lets itself down in a few areas and when competition heats up, it may find guests make alternative choices

They have live music events. Staff is super friendly, plenty of dining options and the beach is right there!!!

Beautiful stay and service was excellent

Would not stay here again. The whole place needs an overhaul. Stained sheets, dirty bathrooms and the main pool and pools off the rooms are in need of a good cleaning. The restaurants were good and the location to town was nice but doesn't make up for all of the other things that need to be addressed.

We were not informed about construction on site until our arrival. They should've notified is so we can decide if we should stay there or not. In our room AC connectors were not working we needed them for my CPap machine. The closet doorwas broken. The bathroom sink was clogged.. shower water was leaking to the outer part of the bathroom leaving a puddle of water all the time. They gave us towels to covered the floor. We order a virgin mojito and we were charged as if it was with alcohol the explanation given to us was that the mojito comes with alcohol and whether we wanted it without it is the same price. Everything over price. The only good and positive experience were the restaurants and the waiters service.
