Stay was wonderful with one exception, on Friday night there was some sort of work going on near our room. It was a quite loud sound, like a heavy duty hammer drill going through concrete. It went on till after midnight - we had to get up at 3:30 so we didnt get much sleep

This location is perfect. One block off the Zocalo is the perfect spot for dining and food. The rooms themselves are clean. Our room was not particularly quiet. The water pressure is very poor. Hot water can be hit or miss. The breakfasts in the morning included fruit, yogurt a hot breakfast and coffee and tea.

My husband and I had great time in Oaxaca and the hotel definitely made it more special everyone is super nice and attentive the hotel is super clean and the breakfast that is included is delicious, definitely I recommend it plus your in the middle of everything so very central

This little gem is in the heart of Oaxaca!! It is close to the zocalo, el Mercado, Iglesia de Santo Domingo, and just overall a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend Hotel Trébol!

We loved this hotel! Centric to all shopping and dining. Daily breakfast was delicious. We walked everywhere from there. Taxi were accesible. When hotel orders a taxi for you, they have them check in at lobby before you leave. Nice and centric enough to come ba k during the day, take a nap and ready to get back out and enjoy Oaxaca again. Highly recommended!

The property is right across from two major markets, which makes ut very convenient to get to most central points. Inside the rooms, its quiet. I love their breakfast and their great service.

Unfortunately I was there during a pay protest which diminished my view of Oaxaca overall. It’s hard to enjoy a hotel when you have 2,000 people camping in all the street in front of the hotel.

We stayed five nights in May. The hotel was wonderful! It's at a great location in a fantastic little city, both near the zocolo and the market. Service was always top notch and breakfast enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately due to civil unrest I was unable to make my reservation. They were very polite and understanding that the airport shut down and didn't allow entry to anyone. They were very quick with their response and worked with my travel agents to get everything canceled last minute. For this I am much appreciated, as1 hotel became very rude with me over their country shutting down entry.

Staff was extremely kind. Their travel agent Carmen is amazing, she booked us trips and made sure we were safe. We didn’t know that there was a teacher’s strike and many streets around our hotel were a sea of camping tents and tarps strung across the roads. There were road closures due to the strike. Overall, it was a very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown but apparently we came at a weird time.

I enjoyed the food provided for breakfast, the traditional plates were delicious and filling for a long day of travel. The staff was so welcoming and helped with accommodations. I will definitely return.

The property is really nice. Love that there is toys for kids to play with. Everything is very close by. There’s a nice market across the street. Breakfast was so good ! Only one thing that I didn’t like was that the water pressure to the shower was very low throughout our stay. Other than that this property was excellent!

Hotel was very clean, beautiful courtyard friendly staff and service. Yummy and diverse breakfast every morning. Hotel was close to all shopping and dining areas.Only complaint was our room was right next to the utility room and cleaning area. Staff was very loud at 5:30/6am in the morning banging things and waking us up. People in the courtyard and dining area were loud at 6am hearing their whole conversations.
