its my second time here. the room was wonderful. i was surprised the cleaning started later than expected but they can manage to clean up my room very quickly. Friendly staff at the lobby the front desk the concierge and the restaurants. look forward staying there again soon.

This is my favorite hotel in Korea and can’t beat the price. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the room and the Lotte Mart next door makes long stays feel like home

This is my second time on the property and I enjoyed my time. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink, but it was handled quickly and professionally.

Beautiful immaculate hotel with super convenient and spacious room complete with kitchen and laundry, modern bathroom. Quietest room I ever slept in. Lotte mart right next door has everything you need. Central Park is beautiful and has a nice restaurant park inside.

Oakwood premier is located in the heart of Songdo Incheon Korea. It is the tallest and iconic building in Songdo. Hotel lobby is located on the 36th floor and hotel rooms are located between 37 and 63 floors. Restaurants and cafes are located on 36 and 64/65th floors. Our stay at the 2 bedroom residence suite was beyond our expectations. It has full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils/pots/pans and so on. The 360 views were immaculate from the suite. The suite also has large dining table with seating for 6 guests. The room also has 2 full bathroom - albeit one is connected to main room and another is separate with a shower. The large soaking tub with its own TV for the main bedroom was a bonus! The main room has King size bed while secondary room has queen size bed. The mattresses were comfortable (not too firm or soft). Simply put, the suite looked and functioned like a penthouse suite. Our room was located on 59th floor - so the views were breathtaking. Another plus is that that the hotel is located adjacent to Lotte Mart - which you can easily walk over through its Parking lot( B1 level), connection or via outdoor ( via 1st floor). Takes about 5 minutes from hotel. Nothing negative to say other than it requires elevator transfer between 36th floor (hotel main lobby) and to your room. So takes abit longer to reach the hotel room. We will definitely stay here again while visiting Songdo/Incheon Korea.

I really like this hotel but I have a few complaints: 1. The elevator situation is horrific. I timed it and it takes at least 5 minutes to get from my room to the ultimate lobby. And vice versa. This is painful 2. The HVAC situation is equally painful. At first, the room was nearly 30 deg C with no ability to impact the temperature other than a very odd upper window that could be actuated. This then makes the room frigid. I don't understand why the room temperature cannot be controlled other than this prehistoric method 3. Food costs are outrageous. So much so that my boss would not let me eat!

Not the friendliest hotel staff around

This place is like a residence room. There is a full kitchen area with all the utensils like dishes cups microwave electrical stove full size fridge and freezer. The bathroom is huge with a bathtub and seperate shower stall. There are 2 huge closets with a drying rack luggage rack ironing board with an iron. also one of the closet has drawers next to it. there are 2 night stands with drawers. sofa area with a huge coffee table and desk with a chair and a huge mirror. the view is outstanding. lobby is ok the 36th floor with a restaurant next to the elevators. carpark space comes with the room that your car can be parked on level B1 and B2. the carpark is shared with sheraton and lotte mart also with posco office building. There is a starbucks and GS25 convenient store at sheraton. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance. Breakfast buffet was delicious and made it more better with a view on the 36th floor. Gym is available on the 37th floor. The cleaning staff are amazing and made the room very spotless and clean. Staff were very nice. Especially the male staff at the concierge desk on the 1st floor and the elevator area on the 36th floor. Verg polite with friendly smiles. The ladies st the front desk area friendly and helpful with a friendly smile. It was a very comfortable stay and definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel. There is a local bus stop nearby. The nearest metro is at Incheon University Entrance station, which is around 15 mins walk.
