This was a lovely property with all the amenities of home. Friendly staff and willingness to take care of almost any need. Was very impressed.

Was a great place to stay, very urban and music from neighbour could be heard but it created a fun atmosphere. Pool area was cool and retro. Loved that it had underground parking as a lot of places are not the safest to leave your car.

Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

It felt like being in prison staying at this location. Due to the bad neighborhood that surrounding the place they have locked front doors locked garage door which you would think would be very convenient but it's not. The garage is very limited and hard to maneuver through with the way it's designed. The front desk staff, act put out whenever you talk to them or ask for anything at all. The general manager seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Argumentative and attacking. For no justified reason. While checking out was very unprofessional by causing us to feel like we weren't even accepted his customers there rushing us off their property when check out time was due after paying this place over $2,000 stayed there 11 nights. The best thing about the stay was the hot tub in my room. And not all the rooms have hot tubs. Will not ever stay here again I will most definitely deter people from staying at this location.

It is a very nice place and super convenient to downtown. There are nice restaurants nearby and the beautiful river park is right there. There are some unhoused hanging around outside some of the time but seem totally harmless. The security seems a bit over the top but maybe needed.

Lovely place to stay at. Very quiet. Great staff. Husband and I loved our room. Spacious. Great location. Right near the river.

Old hotel in good condition. Non-smoking hotel is great to find but our room still had a slight smoky order perhaps still lingering from old carpet and drapes. Spacious room, and bathroom, old tub with sliding glass doors. Furniture is big brown style with lots of mirrors. Great location near the river walk. Parking garage with elevator to ground level, then walk to lobby to take another elevator to our floor. Thirsty’s bar was nice but should have lower light levels. Breakfast sandwiches there were not very good (bacon egg cheese).

Rooms are older but clean and comfortable. We were there on a Saturday night and the street noise was pretty loud. Lots of partying, loud cars and motorcycles, people setting off fireworks, screaming, etc. Obviously, not the hotel’s fault. Great location and would recommend.

The hotel is dated, but in good condition and the rooms are great in size. The pool area is nice and there's plenty of space on the pool floor to sit and have a drink or relax. The pool area could use more chairs. My biggest complaint is the hotel could use much better sound proofing. I understand a Saturday night in Reno can be loud, but on the 14th floor I could basically hear people talking outside. Any loud car that drove by was like an alarm to wake you up. Otherwise it was a good experience.

One of the most comfortable and spacious rooms I have seen. Beautiful big bathrooms sitting area in your room. Absolutely love how comfortable and clean Everything was.

Location is unbeatable. You walked out of a hotel and down street. Truckee River and wingfield park are right there. Parking is included in hotel fee and it is safe.

Loved our quick trip . Last minute decision . Would have liked to stay after check out to enjoy the pool a little . Lost likely to have spent 100 plus at the lounge . We had to go and went to another hotel where we have stayed before . We will still come back . Great vibe from the night staff and the place is super cool.

Nice accommodations but the area it is in is a little off the beaten track. Thirsty’s Lounge is quite a wonderful treat.

Close to the river but parking was difficult

Cool old hotel. Furniture is all bulky and oak but very clean and I thought the vibe was cool. Loved the location! Easy to walk everywhere along the River walk.

It was am amazing experience! I really enjoyed how comfortable it was, how clean it was, and the layout of the rooms. I will definetely stay at the Plaza Resort again in the future.

Loved the charm of this place! Also great was the security after hours for the parking garage! The Truckee River walk was an easy Walk as was the Casinos. Very central location to many to do things!!!

We abandoned our stay as they wouldn't even let us in the lobby when we arrived.
