Great place for family and friends to enjoy great services and entertainment, pool side bars variety of food for everyone to enjoy and a beautiful crystal clear beach

Do not come here unless you are a parent of very young children. Not only is it flooded with small kids, the pools and other amenities are impressive only to a small child. The food and other “inclusives” are terribly underwhelming- especially for the price. Some staff was great and some were terrible- it was shocking. And the TV channels are mostly German with the remainder in Spanish. My 16 yr old daughter and I couldn’t stay at the adults only hotel because she was under 18, yet she was charged here as an adult for everything. Very disappointing on all levels.

Loved this hotel, despite a few negative reviews. Huge hotel so split across a few buildings (roads separating them are no issue even with kids), clean, friendly staff, safe, daily kids club amazing, about 6 different pools! Lots of activities for kids, beach within about 2 minute walking distance from our room, ability to request housekeeping items for free via an app, internet works great and was able to stream our usual shows when needed. We will be booking again for 2025. We had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 5) in our booking.

The holiday was perfect! The staff were every helpful! Couldn’t do enough for you! Very very clean! Large selection on foods, right on the beach front! Everything you could think of was in walking distance! Took a little while to check in when we first got there but after that was all good! Had a little issue with the room door sticking spoke to one of the cleaners, she ran off found the maintenance guys and was fixed within 20 mins! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The hotel is generally good. We selected the half board option. It has a very unusual and unpleasant policy: drink and coffee all free for the breakfast, but not free for the dinner. We had to pay 2.40 Euro for even a single small glass of water! This should be indicated clearly on the web.

Lovely family hotel! Lots of content for the little ones- pools, slides, playground in the sand, mini club etc.
2min walk to the lovely beach, great food and all the other guests were families too so nobody cared if your child was fussy or crying as everyone was the same!
Apartments are nice, clean and spacious, though bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation.
The hotel is bungalow type with 2 floors and there are no lifts which can be tricky when you have to carry the buggy upstairs, though our 2-year old enjoyed going up and down the stairs!
Overall would definitely recommend to families!

Nice location, great ocean view from our room. Overall we had a good experience. The room was large enough for our family of 4.
The biggest complaint would be the A/C not working well at night. The room would get very hot making it hard to rest. Food was marginal.

This was our second trip to Mallorca and this was a great hotel to enjoy our experience! It was conveniently located on the beach and close to the Castle, Sillot, Cala Millor, and some great restaurants. It also had an offsite gym facility (just two blocks away); although, I would recommend streamlining the gym usage validation process...as I was heavily questioned both days that I attended the facility, but worked out the confusion. It is also a very kid friendly hotel that offers plenty of activities for both adults and children (i.e. Water Zumba, live music, etc.). We didnt have a chance to try the restaurant at the facility, but it always appeared to be full of people. We will definitely stay here again next summer!

Superb hotel, great food and drinks, small pool for toddlers and babies, other pools great for all ages and right in front of the beach. Rooms are good sizes and pleasant.

The hotel was good for my 5 year old child. Several pool areas and playgrounds. Short walk to the beach. This was perfect.
A lot of germans in the hotel and some of the staff only spoke spanish or german. This was not so good since we come from from Norway.
Overall this was a plesant stay and a nice hotel.

I thought we had booked the adults only hotel. Turns out we were booked at the 'club' hotel which are self-catering apartments. Without the amenities of a hotel our stay was nice, but not ideal. Book I through expedia was a mistake in hindsight.

- Daily room cleaning needs improvement, no replacement of shampoo and shower gel during the stay, no door locks on the bathroom and badroom doors, the checking us out receiptionist showed no attention (maybe beacause of 4 am)

no car park facilities staff very slow and did not response to accommodate US AFTER LONG TIRING JOURNEY AND HAS TO WAIT 45 MINTS WHICH WAS NOT PLEASENT AND KITCHEN UTENSILS WERE NOT ENOUGH FOR INDIAN COOKING.
