This "4 star" "resort" was mediocre. The breakfast is good and the wait staff in the restaurant are nice. The WiFi works throughout the property. The desk and housekeeping staff are friendly. That's where the positives end. The photos are a little misleading, the larger rooms are actually a block away from the beach and to get to breakfast you must cross the street and go to the other side of the hotel. The rooms do not have phones, they require that you use WhatsApp to contact the front desk or room service. Room service doesn't respond to their WhatsApp. We messaged and called them to order lunch when they opened without a response from them, then 2.5 hours later they messaged us back seeing if we still wanted to place an order. Our first room was in bad shape with large water damage in the bedroom. Our replacement room had a little less water damage in the bedroom. The towel and toilet paper holders in the bathroom fall off easily. The fridge handle in our first room was falling off. I'm not sure what the requirements are to be "4 stars" but I assume that this hotel falls short. The hotel was ok for the price though, I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was good and excellent. I was not able to use my US clippers at the electrical outlets because of the power difference. However, everything else was great

They need to improve on the Wi-Fi They also need a better bed asap Also about the air conditioner too many issues with that especially too many sensors that keeps turning off all the time

It’s a gem in Ponta Negra Beach. I just loved staying here. My ocean front room had a little balcony that every morning I could just sit and look out to the ocean. Watch the sunset was just amazing! You have a buffet breakfast every morning. The staff is friendly and amazing. The facility is super clean and COVID 19 safe as well with all the alcohol gel stations throughout the hotel, mask is required while in the property. They have a beautiful pool area on the property that is ocean front and a huge rooftop pool on the other property across the street. I recomend this property in Natal. Just beautiful!!!

It’s in a good location close to restaurants & it’s right in front of the beach.

inicialmente, percebemos como é ruim a transferência de blocos. A recepção ficava em uma unidade e o bloco onde ficava os nossos quartos (estávamos em número de 4), fica vaem outro bloco do outro lado da rua. Pra solicitar um serviço de entrega como um Ifood ou uber, só é possível receber noutro prédio. Os funcionários da recepção e refeitório (exceto o funcionário Diógenes e a governança). A rudeza com que as funcionárias do refeitório se referia aos hóspedes diante de uma dificuldade apresentada, nos impressionava, chamava atenção e causava constrangimentos a quem estava atento ao entorno. Não gostei... Pareciam mal humoradas. O ruim foi que o comportamento se repetiu no dia seguinte.

Um lugar bonito...SE ficar no prédio perto da praia. Eles tem um sistema de atendimento meu complicado. Recepão estão numa prédio no outro lado da rua. O quarto não tem telefone...tudo feito via WhatsApp. Mas, funciona. Gostei muito do lugar e o serviço muito bom. Consegui um late check out sem problemas. Voltarei.

Re emotion said hotel was busy when it was not and lied to me about giving an upgrade when was a basic room. First off he also lied about not speaking English when he could. The only good thing about this hotel is location and breakfast . Only book if rooms are cheap

It was very cozy, small but all nice and clean. I have one of the front villas on the second building close to the beach.

Great location, nice staff. The room was ok. The balcony had no view nor privacy. Guests from adjacent rooms could walk into our balcony. Bathroom could be cleanner.

This resort is very nice, close to everything. It is right across from the beach. Staff is very accommodating!! Would stay there again!;

Oberall, I think this is great hotel. Nice big pool overlooking the ocean. Most of the rooms have ocean view as well. I must say they seem to be cutting a few corners, but maybe just to keep costs down. For example they charge R5 for a pool towel. And they seem slightly under-staffed. But overall a great value.

Staying at Kristie was a great pleasure. The staff was friendly, but bring a translating app with you! The restiraunt and lounge iwas a little understaffed during the evening but the drink where very good! The suit had flat wear, and we were able to make our own dinner. Shops, restaurants and dance clubs are all a short walk away!

I stayed super shortly, it was just one night. The room is very simple and everything works great, from shower to television. The breakfast was delicious.

Great hotel, with great facilities and staff. Close to the beach and to the main street, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the pool area and breakfast service. We had an amazing time in Natal.

Great hotel, perfectly located on the beach. Wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff, good clean comfortable rooms. The hotel is split into two sections, there is a main section for breakfast and where the normal hotel rooms are, and a second part, across the road, set back from the beach, where the self catering accommodation is, and where reception and the large terrace and swimming pool is. We stayed in the beach section, but were able to use the main swimming pool, which is very large. Overall, very happy with our choice, I would recommend this hotel very highly, and would certainly go back. The breakfast was excellent, although you sometimes had to wait to get a seat. Rooms were good, and overall very happy, thanks

Old hotel, needs remodeling. We found 2 cockroachs in our room. They charge for pool towel and the room towel is so old and small, kind disgusting. Breakfast is poor. Not recommded :(
