This is a nice hotel, where I have stayed several times. I do think the appearance of the lobby and hallways has deteriorated some, but the room was in great condition. Overall, it was a pleassnt stay.

Aside from a big blood dry stain on the pillow that was turned around, the hotel was ok for one evening.

Outside into the hotel was dirty and lobby was not clean nor the elevators. Staff front desk didn’t say much or ask questions. Just sat there half the time we walked out or back in. So yea I wud say no to this hotel again and I’ve worked front desk so i know what it takes to treat a guest.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Car trouble and heavy thunderstorms forced us to stop and spend an unplanned extra night on the road. Couldn’t have happened in a better place. Close to O’Reilly Auto Parts & Walmart. Great breakfast with cheese omelets and cinnamon rolls.

Horrible!!! Room #117 smelled like urine mixed with mildew. Bathroom ceiling has a large spot of black mold. Felt like something was crawling on my skin, so I rested the the chair. Very loud voices talking in the hall all night. Not using this hotel again.

Stayed 3 nights to visit my uncle who is in the hospital there. Very clean and convenient! Breakfast was very good with lots of options hot and cold food. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The entire hotel was clean and the afternoon / evening front desk staff was very friendly.She had a smile and said hello every time I saw her.

We had a great stay! Everything was really good. Pool was very mice and clean. We have no complaints sbout the room. Was very comfortable. AC worked great! Breakfast was good the first 2 days but the oven broke and they were not able to offer the biscuits, Eggs and Sauage as before. They did have ready made sausage buscyits that we heated up in the microwave. They had orher options as well for breakfast. Good coffee!!

My family and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it’s always good. Unfortunately, a destructive tornado caused damages throughout the temple area and the hotel was unable to accommodate reservations due to lack of sufficient power and other damages to the facility. We will reserve again. Best wishes to Temple as you recover from the tornado’s damages.

The property was just done, however I left behind my custom therapeutic pillow and I can’t get anyone at the hotel to call me back to help me retrieve it. It is a $200 pillow

You can tell it’s an old hotel. They tried to update it with new things but when a huge rain came through there was large leaks in the foundation and it was coming through the wall. Most of the first floor was flooded. My car wouldn’t start so I needed a jump and none of the front desk personal would help me nor find someone to help me.

We waited 20-25 min (along with other guests) before we ever saw a front desk person. Even then, it took another 15 min to check in. The clerk was friendly and patient despite the circumstances
The lobby and elevator areas were dirty and outdated. The surrounding area/parking area felt unsafe with people wandering around our car, staring while they smoked.

The hotel was renovating their entire floor on the ground floor so the pool wasn’t open. The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. My kids are having to visit their grandfather who is on vent staying in the hospital. The hotel wouldn’t give me any type of reimbursement for this and they didn’t disclose this before I booked with them. It seems odd they would charge full price and not disclose they were doing this noisy renovation.

Bed was hard as a rock. Did not get much sleep at all.

The hotel is showing its age. The flooring in the main areas of the hotel was being replaced while we were there, but the pool area, the guest rooms, and the breakfast area were all dirty, showing deferred maintenance, and just overall not in good condition. The beds slept ok but not the best I’ve ever seen. The area is ok. Overall it just wasn’t the best stay I’ve ever had at a holiday inn express.

Beds and pillows were amazing! Hotel was very clean and quiet. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t that great. Breakfast was so-so but not horrible. I’d stay again for sure!

Found a bunch of old smelly, yucky food in the room refrigerator. That being said the microwave was dirty from a microwave meal that was in the refrigerator. Previous person must have been a slob.
Oh and once again for a HIE there seem to be no USB ports in the room. They need to figure out an inexpensive way to add at least one per room.
Otherwise the facility was nice as was staff!

The AC was broken however the staff was so accommodating the second night and changed our room with problem.
