Very good hotel for price and convenience, only 40minute train to Paris. Easily accessible from airport. However, some discolouration/ stains on one of the pillows and blanket and also only given one big towel for 2 people. The cutlery had some minor stains and there wasn’t any dish sponge to wash them with. Overall very good hotel for price and convenience with couple minor issues. Definitely recommend

The hotel was fine, just the rooms were not very clean. Silicon joints in the bathroom with mould on them. Some stains on the pillow cases. The bottom sheet of the bed was not properly fitted and a 10cm piece of mattress was visible, not a major thing, just unexpected. Service was good and staff was helpful.

No towels in the room, the room wasn't cleaned every day, breakfast (cutlery, plates, tables, etc.) everything seemed dirty, tables were all wobbling. Staff was nice and friendly, the bed was good for sleeping.

No water bottle, no shower gel, shampoo neither hand wash. Reception told me to have a bottle but return it back as I will steal there asset. Purchased my own shower gel and utilise it. No air conditioning some power plugs not even working.

smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately.

1) no hot water for shower; 2) light is broken, very dark; 3) no hair dryer (i guess since there's no hot water); 4) Manager is hiden behind the receiption => We asked for check-out 1 day earlier to move to other hotel, but they reject our request and no refund and discount.

We booked this primarily because they had air conditioning. After the first night the property management turned it off saying it was cold outside. We were not the only ones to complain about this. They refused to turn it back on.
The breakfast breads were stale and the fruit was old looking.
Don't depend on washing clothes, their appliances are old and it took three times as long to dry a small load.
Front desk help was hit and miss.

The hotel is easy to find,located 20 kms outside of Paris. It’s fairly new,clean and quiet. We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed every minute.

Fairly basic hotel, rooms clean however too hot with no way of controlling the Temperature, gym fine, breakfast decent. When asked reception if there were any options, told to open the balcony door, which wasn’t practical all night due to the noise. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, as long as you like a very warm bedroom then everything else is fine.

Very pleased with our 5 day stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas clean. Room facilities very useful to prepare a meal after a long day out. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

The Tulip Inn is very close to the train station and the room was very spacious and accommodated our every need. The staff is always on hand and very helpful, especially because they can speak English which is not common in France in general. The only thing that I didn't like, is that the rooms are only tended to once a week for prolonged stays. I agree that it isn't necessary every day but once a week is not often enough.

Comfortable and quiet hotel, but not quite within easy reach of my business locale. Even so, I will consider it before others in the immediate vicinity next time I am Massy. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the RER and if you have a car then the parking here is a plus, though the rush-hour traffic isnt.

Tulip Inn Massy-Palaiseau is a nice aparthotel. It is very cleanned and location is very good, closed to the train station. Bus service is very good. Closed to downtown and there are supermakets, restaurants around the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was great, very clean, no issues at all and the staff at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and able to communicate very well. It was more of a studio apartment than a hotel and plenty was provided for me. I was visiting people so I cannot comment on the area too much but it wasnt too far from town or a train station (about 5 minutes walk) with easy access Paris. The hotels value for money was fantastic and I would definitely stay again.
