Many electricity’s problems and AC disconnect and reset temp each time. Room to the west of the hotel extremely hot by sun in the afternoons.

People service staff very friendly but too slow to give you your order. Takes long time to bring food, drinks even just a beer. But location, facilities, rooms, cleaning is really good.

From the warm and friendly greeting at the reception, I was made to feel like a valued guest. Kevin and Daniella, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious choices, catering to various dietary preferences. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that showcased the flavors of the region. The attentive and professional waitstaff further enhanced the dining experience.

This Hotel, has all the amenities you may need, in a great location, only 2 issue's which we are used too in LATAM, I reserved time for the Sauna and it was not hot or working properly, I asked for help they said they would send someone & 20 minutes passed no one showed up, complained and nothing, no apologies, no rewards, nothing as if I talk to the wall. I ordered icecream in the pool area, not busy at all, w 3 employees working the bar, 15 minute's later no ice cream, had to complain to get my icecream, it look like they just forgot cause they were just standing there and in 2 minutes they had my order.

We weren't able to complete the reservation due to a dead on the family and the hotel didn't give us a credit or refund. Dissapointing.

I made the reservation for this hotel about a month before, for my wife and my daughters. They arrived at the Hotel minutes before the Check In Time, they delivered the documents and had them for more than One Hour, waiting in the hotel lobby my wife had to go to ask more than 4 times and nothing, I had to write from where I live in the United States a message that they answered almost at the time of writing it, that is, they do not look at the messages at the moment, I had to call more than 15 times and they never answered the phone, neither Administration, nor Reservation or the operator, Nobody, Finally After more than an hour it was that they gave the room to my wife, oh and in all that time they gave only 2 rooms, so there was no waiting line at all, the room service, terrible, my wife ordered dinner to The room was told 25 minutes and that was another much longer wait, I do not recommend this Hotel, I have been in many hotels and never, I had waited so long

I stayed at this hotel for business for almost three months and was very satisfied. The service was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very modern. Also the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Villavicencio.

Me demoraron casi 30 minutos para en registro y la habitación no le cierra la puerta del baño y tiene un tapete dañado que puede causar un accidente.

Muy buena ubicación, tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. El personal del hotel es muy amable.
