The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast at the Venture Inn restaurant and it was good. Would stay here again.

Property is in need of massive renovation, bedrooms are very worn and old. lobby is lovely.

If you are staying more then one night make sure you request clean towels, and your bed made since they only do that every three days. I had two towels for three people to last. Since I didn’t know policy.

The staff when we checked in, was very rude, rolled their eyes when they were inconvenienced. Toilet ran constantly we had to remove the tank and manually get it to stop several times. Room was clean. It was comfortable staff in the morning made up for the staff from the night before would stay again would encourage everyone to not let the bad influence your stay.

Can’t speak for other rooms but mine was quite dated and worn but comfortable. Sink was separate from shower/toilet in the room, could not adjust temperature as knob was stuck to room temp water.

We always stay at the Venture Inn! It was recommended as the only place to stay in Libby! Plus, we can bring our puppy!

Stay was fair. Room was dated and needs to be updated. Was surprised there was not automatic daily room refreshing. Bed was not comfortable and hard.

Liked the staff and loved the restaurant, did not get the trash emptied or a touch-up clean like I asked for. Pity, I'm a good tipper. The pool and hot tub were adequate, could stand a bit more cleaning but was happy have them. Thank you, Pete.

Nice and unique facility but even though some rooms are designated as non smoking there appears to be smoking allowed on premises as the odor permeates the hallways. Also has very poor WiFi signal combined with weak phone signal making communication over the internet extremely difficult

Overall it was a decent room for the night, especially if having a pool is important. The park across the side street was nice as well. Multiple restaurants easily walkable, plus one inside for breakfast and lunch.

Just a little dated Hotel. Good location for meals. Broken doors for entry to unit. Concrete walls in Hallway. Overall it does the job. Traveling for business.

It is time for the Venture Inn to upgrade. Needs paint on the pool room walls and a deep cleaning of hottub and pool. Carpet in our room had multiple spots and was worn out in multiple places. Staff was courteous and bathroom and beds were clean. Elevator opened before arriving at floor. I hope to see better conditions during our next visit to Libby!

The room smelled. Probable because we were moved to a ‘dog room’ after we told the attendant we had a dog. Increased the price by $25 and moved us to another building.
The main hall of the building was filthy. We didn’t leave because we were exhausted from traveling. I assume staffing issues. I didn’t check the other two buildings.
The attendant did inform us the restaurant would be closing in 15” so that was nice. The food and service were excellent.

We stayed here for one night because we had soccer in Libby. Cute quaint older hotel that has been slightly renovated. The hotel definitely gives off the old Montana style! I loved that the room keys were actual keys! The pool was pretty awesome. The hotel is kinda boxy and squared off so it's easy to get lost in the hallways. Lobby is decorated super cute and front desk was nice and helpful! Disappointed the restaurant attached ro the hotel isn't open for dinner. I felt the price was on the higher side for what it was. Our family travels all over Montana and surrounding states for sports, and we've stayed at much nicer hotels that were less expensive than here. Overall, not a bad experience. Would stay there again.

This is absolutely the best hotel in the area. Love the lodge-like feel with so many chainsaw carvings on display. The restaurant has good food and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable.
The handicap accessible rooms need additional grab bars and roll-in showers, plus additional space for a wheelchair.

Paid extra to have a pool and restaurant - both were closed. As I booked on hotels.com - was told I could not have a discounted rate….others in line were offered a discount due to the inconveniences.

The gal at the front desk was amazing. There was a smell that didnt go away and the bathroom was very tiny. There weren't any clean towels left for swimming so we had to use our room towels but they were booked out so I suppose that makes sense. Overall the kids loved the pool & hot tub, it's a great motel in the middle of the mountains. We would stay here again!

When we checked in, we were informed that pool and hot tub were closed. Bummer, since that's why we booked it. Restraunt was also closed even though was advertised online to be open until 8 pm. Were told (with attitude) that since we booked with Expedia that no refund was possible. We were given wrong keys to begin with. The room wall heater was off when we arrived on a 20 degree evening and only blew warm air. Not trying to be picky, but you can't make this stuff up.
On a positive note, breakfast in the Restraunt was awesome in regards to service, atmosphere, good food and great prices.
