Host was awesome!!! Provided some lovely snacks and champagne on arrival actually best ever treats! We even got extra time at no expense:) we would return for sure… gardens beautiful as well :)

Had an absolutely lovely time in the Fernery. Gorgeous house and garden, friendly staff. Great location, 5 stars would definitely recommend.

Our stay was fabulous very friendly owner and we stayed in the Lilly Pilly Room which was great. We would highly recommend people stay there. You can also walk to the Beach and Shops. Very convenient location and price is good.

Pretty little , unique property , close to the beach and town with some nice little touches in the room .

Quiet, peaceful, yet close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Simone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable room, heritage character, nice to come back to after a day out and about. Suitable breakfast, tea and coffee supplies. Only issue with facilities was the shower head which fell down a few times when showering. Only issues with staff was, between nights (we stayed two), the breakfast dishes were not washed, but for some reason our belongings were collected and re-packed into our suitcases which we thought was a bit strange and unnecessary.

Great accommodation at the one of small cottages . We stayed in Lilly Pilly , very cosy and stylish one, fantastic place to stay over the weekend.

We stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely time. The comfortable bed with a wonderful doona ensured that we slept like babies. Replete with all amenities, this old yet well-kept cottage is minutes away from the beach and is highly recommended. The provision of chocolates and port was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying. We were grateful for the late checkout.

Genesta was perfect for us when we felt like having a little weekend getaway from Melbourne. The room was very cozy, quiet and set in a nicely kept garden. A short stroll to the Esplanade where there is a nice the strip of restaurants, cafes, bars and the beach. Phillip Islands other beaches were a short drive away.We had great communication with the management, Marianne and Ray, who both made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We will stay here again next time we are visiting Phillip Island.
