2 adults, one teen for xmas 3 day stay. Michela met us and took us to the apartment. She was very good at explaining everything about the apt., the area, things to see, etc. The apt. is how it is pictured, perfect for 2-4 people, the room faces the Romeo Balcony. Everything was perfect. Breakfast also great, which you prepare in your apt at your own leisure. One tiny drawback, the crowds can be noisy if you want to nap in the afternoon. But I use earplugs so no problems whatsoever. Definately a thumbs up.

Great property to stay while in Verona. It's definitely a treat to have the courtyard to ourselves after the gates closes at 7:30 pm. Micheala has been very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The only thing to consider is not to check in later than 9pm, we got charged for 30 euro because we were few minutes late. So if you are landing in Venice or any other city make sure you have enough time to arrive before 9pm. Other than that, the place is a true treat.

The breakfast was available if we were willing to prepare it. A bit misleading...

The location is fantastic right next to Julliette’s balcony, a great place to people watch and central to the old town area.

From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we were in love with La Corte Di Giulietta. We were met by Eleni just around the corner from the B&B. She walked us in, took us up to the room and showed us everything we needed to know. She gave us awesome recommendations for non-tourist dining- which made our experience in Verona even better. The air conditioning in the room was an ice-cold welcome relief from the other hotel rooms we had been in in Italy. It actually got cool enough in the room that we quit sweating... The noise from the courtyard was minimal with the window and drapes closed. Didn't bother us at all, and we sleep late. It was fantastic having the courtyard to ourselves after closing time. We went out at 2am with champagne and sat under Juliet's balcony and enjoyed the quiet and soaked up the experience. We were given multiple selections for breakfast/snacks, the bed was comfortable and pillows amazing...The accommodations are fantastic. Truly made our whole experience in Verona. Check out was easy with Michela, she allowed us to store our bags until our train left. She was so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Verona, and if I ever return to the city, I don't want to stay anywhere else!

The hotel is in the best location in Verona. You’re inside the garden of Juliet .i can literally see the balcony of Juliet’s house . The caretaker Michelle is the nicest person I have met , she’s able to give us suggestion helpful for sight seeing and tours. The apartment is clean, and it’s surrounded by stores and restaurants, the bathrooms are updated and modern. The food provided in the fridge are good .rhis is a walking distance to the arena .

Very nice size room with everything you need. Little noisy during the day but you have the entire area to yourself privately after hours which was one of the best future of the hotel

Staying in Juliet’s courtyard was very cool! It was fun to watch the crowds and then have the courtyard to ourselves in the evenings.

Great location in centre of the old city. Lovely apartment. Minor drawback was crowds visiting Juliets house, but did not really detract from overall benefits

This is a lovely apartment in the center of Verona. We’re a family of four (children 11&13) and it had everything we needed. Everything was beautifully presented and very clean. The little kitchen was stocked with food for breakfast and snacks. The bathroom has lots of amenities and a great shower. Michela is a superb host who anticipates your needs with such friendliness and has lots of local knowledge if you need it. The location in Juliette’s courtyard is kind of magical. It is full of tourists all day but after 7:30pm everyone clears out and you have the area to yourself. The apartment is just a few steps from shops, restaurants and all the main tourist spots. We highly recommend!

Or first time to Verona and this was one of the best places we stayed in during our entire time in Italy. Michela was a pleasure as she provided us with information on the best shops and restaurants as well as tips on the best sites to see. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Verona.

Some technical difficulties but all were immediately dealt with. A wonderful place to stay that was central to everything.

Amazing stay. Even aver been to this locations 2xs now. Property manager is exceptional room is well maintained and stocked with food. Even a bottle of wine. We will be back again for sure. One of our favorite places to visit

The apartments is inside Julliet's Museum, it is perfect dor a romantic and historical vacation. The location and experience are outstanding. Definitely worth the money. For those who travel by car should previously inform were to park in order to take the luggages for the check in and later park the car at the nearest parking lot available. I did it and no worries at the arrival.

Central location to the old town city very easy to get to all the sites on foot and taxi stand was two minutes away if needed.

We had a very bad experience with this property and hotels.com. I would never use this service.When we arrived to Verona we were not able the property since it was in a no driving zone. we had been riding around the center for over 2 hours trying to find the property. we contacted the person who was supposed to meet us and take us to the property. she was very unfriendly and rude and UNCOOPERATING. there was no parking around or in the piazza close by. no way to go close to the property to unload. No one to help with the luggage or even direction. the information given to use on the website was not explained clear enough otherwise we would have never taken this property. We tried to contact hotels.com and were not able by phone or even email.I have traveled all over the world and I have never had such a bad experience. We had no other choice to find another hotel. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Superb property and service; easy walk to all there is to see in Verona. As noted by other guests, after hours the courtyard is private and very quiet--the hotel richly deserves its uniformly 5 reviews. Wonderful city for all types of visitors, resulting sadly (as a result of demand the Veronese have no viable way to control) in the entire citys being overrun by tourists during day hours. Add Cremona or even Padua to your list if the crowds become oppressive.
