Amazing overnight stay. Here in business the hotel was quiet and quaint which was wonderful for virtual meetings. The restaurant staff will blow you out of the water at the shrimp boat. They had 2 large parties over 30 people when we walked in with only about 3 staff on duty. They continuously checked on us offered us salad bar for the long wait. There was a definite language barrier with the restaurant staff but that did not stop them from sending out an amazing meal and checking on us to have continuous refills. Check in ana check out were wonderful. Wish the check in process was better it makes you nervous to check into a new hotel when the front desk staff is scowling at all the guests. She was bice to talk to but not very personable

We got there checked in went to the restaurant they had there it was ok food kinda pricey. But after going to our room we found out that the phone in the room didn’t work so we had to keep calling the front desk from our cell phones for them to Connect us to room service. Also, the TV in the room kept going in and out it was fuzzy. You couldn’t hardly hear it. We reset it but it didn’t work. It was just a hassle altogether so we checked out of that room. Had to wait half a day to get into our other room for the Next night that we had for our stay. Overall, it was kind of a hassle won’t book there again and with all the hassle we had you would’ve thought they would’ve given us a discount but nope! also, people were slamming the doors to their rooms yelling in the hallways until 1:30 -2:00 am in the morning. It was a nightmare.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast is superb. Justine was friendly and professional at the front desk. Lots of parking space. The bed was comfortable.

Everyone was so nice. The hotel was very close to the park where the softball tournament was at so that was really convenient, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast for the upcharge was worth it. Will stay here again.

Wanted to have some relaxation by the pool and there were many people in the pool that were not staying at the hotel. One of the umbrellas was blown into me by the wind and hurt my neck and back.

This property was in a good location, staff was polite, and felt safe. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean for the most part. The a/c unit was not cooling the room all the way which made it slightly uncomfortable. There was also noise from renovations on the floor above me but the front desk clerk did warn about that when I checked in. I also didn’t like the fact the building has only 1 working elevator. Overall I had a great stay and will consider returning if I ever need to stay the night in Odessa in the future.

This a great place to stay. The bathroom was the star of the show, gorgeous! Plus it had a hand held shower head. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here multiple times due to size of rooms, cleanliness, and location due to where we need to be. For the first time, we decided to get a “pool view with balcony” room instead of regular king room. The only complaint from the whole stay was the room they assigned us was completely blocked from the pool view by a huge brick wall we could almost touch. Out of 10 rooms, only 6 have that pool view. Why didn’t we get assigned to one of those. Looking up from the pool, none of them seemed to be occupied and the hotel was not very full. Disappointed and we are frequent guests. Seems like that should matter when assigning rooms

I grew up hanging out with Hunter Bushman and we used to run amok all over his grandads properties. I’ve got history at the Elegante and even though time marches forward ever steady, the quality of an Elegante experience never changes or slacks. I am in a long distance relationship and we meet here always, and it won’t ever change.

My Room was dirty. Two of my towels in the bathroom had makeup and blond hair on them. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone with towels and a vacuum to vacuum carpet, but nobody showed up. I came to Odessa to Preach and check on my Father for Father's Day. This was my fifth time staying at this hotel.
