Was nice..clean nice staff.close to the town the clubs and the beach

Great location, short walk from town centre and just across the road from the lovely beach. Breakfast was very good, with great selection. Dinner had a large selection but not necessarily to everyone's taste and especially not for vegetarians. Even the Macaroni & Cheese had pork mince in it. Lovely pool, clean rooms, adequate gym for those that want. I would stay here again if/when I travel to Cyprus.

HITHE PLACE WAS DATED THE FOOD WAS AWFUL THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY THERE WERE NO BATH PLUGS THE TOILET WAS BROKEN FELL OF AND INJURED MYSELF WONT BE RETURNING EVEN IF I WAS PAID TO GO THERE

This is the worse staff hotel that I’ve been, I invited my friends to come over my hotel since they are checked in on a nearby hotel, we decided to eat in the buffet restaurant. I ordered a bottle of wine, I even asked the waiter if I should pay now or later, she said up to me but I should pay it in the reception, I said ok since we are going to pay our dinner as well, but there’s a bit of miscommunication with the room hotel and we’ve been told that we lied about our room number after our dinner. I was never accused of being lier just bec they thought we’re not gonna pay our bill (how rude) we were on holidays so we want to make the most of it but they ruined it, they even checked my room. I was a bit embarrassed to my friends because I invited them & I ruined her birthday surprise. I was so shocked. I will never ever book with in hotel with the rude & judgemental staff (except for the lady on the receptionist who apologized). Please think about before u book this hotel. I don’t recommend this. Extremely unpolite and rude staff.

Excellent hotel very clean nice staff big clean pool, big rooms and very nice food.

The disappointing part was that the hotel was rated as a 4* hotel, i’d give it maximum a 3*. The rooms were decent to sleep in but there were ants and insects all over the place, dead cockroaches on the floor, the toilet wasn’t working properly at all, the towels were dirty and it just felt very unsanitary... if they gave the hotel a bit more attention, this would be a great hotel.

1.no access for strolers or disabled People. Elevators are so small and old that we didnt Fit. 2.the room they gave us had a broken aircondition. Finally they changed us room and i had to Carry everything at 23.00 at night. 3.we had half board. On the first night they didnt charged us drinks.on the second night they remembered to tell us that they had yo charge us. 4.on our Last night they brought us Bill to Pay for the buffett although we was half board and on check out they didnt let leave of we didnt Pay. 5. They dont change sheets on a daily basis. Wouldnt suggest it to anyone

Needs renovation. Utilities not working properly Bed not comfortable

Need lots of things to change in decoration . Unacceptable to have cold white lights in common areas. Almost zero decoration in dining room white color walls and cold white light makes this look like a mortuary. Same cold white lights in bar and piano bar area also in swimming pool. Bar at swimming pool should be open during night time; it will be a nice place to seat and have a drink and good time since its close it forces guests to go out in bars etc. Room fridge must pay to operate.
