Honestly I been in this hotel years ago. My experience was not good the room was in a poor conditions. They try to help and relocate us in other room, but I have a baby and go moved after traveling long distances makes that experience very uncomfortable. I wish they can up to update the rooms and charge more but good rooms, services, etc. The only reason I review this is because I don’t want other mom having bad experience like myself.

Horrible service. Mattress was hard as a rock and old broken mini fridge sitting in room and room service never delivered new towels or sheets.

Had some business to attend too in Hermosillo and this seemed a good choice for our lodging needs.

The bed was a hard mattress laid on a cement foundation. The water pipes made lots if noise. The room was clean. The staff were profesional. Check in was easy. No need to prepay your reservation.

The price on Expedia was not honored, I had an itinerary where I reserved two rooms upon arrival they said only one room was reserved but I had the receipt and so they were able to provide us a second room. I do appreciate that they allowed us a early check in. Bedrooms are extremely old the bedding itself is dingy and needs to be replaced the mattress is felt like we were on a wooden platform mattress, we did not want to look under the bed so we left it as it is either way we were able to sleep on it. There was a little lighting in the rooms as light bulbs are missing, only one room had a telephone as the other one was missing. In both rooms this week water and onto the floor. Over anything to shut the seats are so they constantly dropped loudly. The shower heads were of no help as the water flew everywhere. There's rust around the doors and the toilet seats for scraped and discolored. The towels were also dingy. We did have breakfast and the hotel and stuff we're very clean and there were options so no complaints there. They do have room service and we did take advantage of that and it was convenient and price accordingly, it was a good value and the food was good.

The rooms could use a little more attention as far as the door goes it’s a little troubling to get them to work with electronic cards. And inside the rooms the shower head could be changed and the frame on the bathroom door is all rusted.

Room was clean and personal was helpful. Room AC was super cold. The thing I like the most was that you can leave the car there for a week while you travel and they take you and pick you up from the airport.

This hotel is really run down and not very clean for the price it is overpriced. Also I was told that we could leave our car there for 5 days with no charge and they charged us 700+ plus

The rooms need maintenance and better cleaning, no coffee or cups in room, no ice machine they sell the bag of ice or by the cup, no fridge in room, bed was hard as a rock, TV Chanel’s are horrible they need to upgrade that, ceiling fan didn’t work…it use to be such a nice hotel but needs a better attention and maintenance

I liked the architecture,the airport shuttle service, the front desk staff spoke good English and helped me to place a room serviced dinner order.I didn’t like the price of a small bottle of wine costing $ 10.00, the most expensive on my Mexico vacation.
