We had a great wonderful stay at The Beach House. The room decor was coastal chic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious food in the restaurant. Easy to walk to other restaurants and market. Beach kept clean. Greatly enjoyed our stay!!

The Beach House Boutique Hotel is a well-run, guest-friendly establishment. Both the manager and the general manager also worked as front-desk receptionists, ensuring that management keeps a close eye on everything happening at the hotel. Upon arrival, the manager checked us in and took us to our room to show us how everything worked. The general manager checked us out. We saw either one or both of them every day and made small talk with them. Both were very helpful and courteous. My wife and I stayed there for ten days in early May and enjoyed every moment. Our positive impression of this hotel began long before our arrival. I contacted two small hotels in Roatan to inquire about their restaurants because I have celiac disease and need a gluten-free diet. The Beach House responded within a day, while I never heard back from the other hotel. The Beach House has 14 rooms, which they justifiably call suites. Our room was spacious, clean, and furnished for comfort and convenience. The air conditioner was quiet and worked perfectly. All the rooms are beachfront, and the beach is three steps down from the porch of the hotel. Snorkeling was wonderful at a reef within the bay, about one hundred yards from the hotel, and the water was calm every day we were there. We saw all kinds of marine life. We ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant during our stay and were never tempted to eat elsewhere. The restaurant overlooks the picturesque Half Moon Bay.

The Beach House is an amazing place to stay. I went with my daughter, my mom and grandma and we all enjoyed it and felt safe. Front desk was so kind, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, It was so convenient just walking out to the beach and having an incredible restaurant right there for us. I loved that they have shuttles available to the places we wanted to go and made it so easy to get around. The beach was beautiful & clean and a great place to swim. The restaurant food and drinks were amazing !

Great location, next to everything

A wonderful stay , fabulous rooms with sea views . We couldn't fault it in anyway ...everyone was so polite and helpful. Wonderful!!

We love this small hotel. Right on the beach and at the end of town so there is no real traffic noise. Excellent food upstairs in the restaurant. My only complaint was the condition of some of the towels. We got one that was so threadbare. The lovely bathrobe made up for it though!

What an AWESOME experience all the way around!! Starting from friendly & professional Kathy who had to deal with my multiple emails about airport pickup & snorkeling guide weeks before arrival! Alex picked us up from the airport in an immaculate van (only $30/2). The hotel is from someone’s dream- open air built around a giant tree & our suite was very spacious with a full sized fridge/ toaster/ stove/ even a dehumidifier & a GREAT deck above the beach! Loved location in much quieter West End near a bunch of good local eats & dive shops. Although on main road, noise didn’t bother us except the bar next door that closed around 9pm. THANK U JC for FANTASTIC first time snorkeling experience & making sure we were all SAFE!! Henry was the all around helpful guy in the lobby when reception was off duty. Hotel is at corner so everyone knows. Thank u staff for BEST experience for first, but not last, time in Roatan!

This hotel is in a great location right on the beach, and dozens of dining, shopping, and drinking options are in walking distance. The hotel restaurant was also great, good food and an amazing view. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped organize transportation and reservations for dinner and other activities. The only complaint I have is the noise. We stayed in Room 1 which is located under the restaurant. Every day starting around 6am we could hear furniture being moved, and staff going in and out of the kitchen and bar. Luckily the restaurant was not open late so it wasn't an issue in the evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel for any room besides #1!

The Beach House Hotel is located in the center of the Half Moon Bay. It has a beautiful sandy beach to wade and swim in. It is a busy area that offers many land and water activities. The hotel restaurant has an excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, though there are many places to choose from in the area. The staff makes the guests feel like family. We were there during a storm when the rest of the area lost electricity. The Beach House Hotel has its own generator, so the guests continue to have all the amenities.

The Beach House was amazing! Staff was friendly and made sure our stay was outstanding. Perfect location, right on a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and town. Would highly recommend staying here. Best place in West End!

I had a great trip and the property itself was beautiful. Kathy, Patrick, and the rest of the staff were fantastic, friendly, and represented the staff well. Room #13 was exactly what I needed for my stay and the view was perfect. Other than the kitchen being closed if the staff isn't able to report during the rainy season that you had to go elsewhere, it is the perfect place to stay. Location was great and walkable to stores and restaurants. It's at the top of my list for stays and would go again!

Beautiful ocean front property, very clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Super friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location walking distance to restaurants and stores, safe to walk around town, the food and the hotel is great, but there are multiple options to choose from if you want to dine elsewhere. Overall great experience, and i would love to come back.

I enjoined this hotel so much! The beach is beautiful, all the staff is nice and helpful, the brunch on Sunday is absolutely delicious, we’ll back definitely.

Beachfront

This property is on the beach on Half Moon bay. This is West End. The area around the hotel is the old part of Roatan. We always felt safe and walked to places to eat of which there were many. You could swim here and there was a nice snorkel spot a few yards away. The biggest joy of the trip was JC Snorkel trips. Just the two of us to 5 different spots in five days. Very calm warm water and very cheap. Went different times of the day. The hotel staff was always helpful and pleasant. The hotel is small and quiet. If looking for a big resort try West Bay. Good communication before the trip. We are planning on returning.

The Beach House is the perfect place for enjoying all Roatan has to offer. The rooms are beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and want for a comfortable stay. The restaurant is awesome and the view from every room is amazing.

I’m thinking that this is the nicest hotel on this beach. We loved it here. Dove with Sun Divers right next door. Extremely convenient and professional as well.

This property is situated in a small dive area. Water taxis come straight to the pier. The area is walkable to many restaurants. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is right on the beach and super cute. Will definitely return!

Loved the property! Best sunset views, food at the restaurant was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the first day they supply you with new plush towels but once they replace them, they give you the oldest, dingiest, roughest towels. Even the robe in the closet had a hole in it.

Loved the location in the West Bay as it was a few minutes to walk from town with many restaurants and a short water taxi ride for all the excitement in West End. It was convenient being next to Sun Divers as we dove with them every day and they were excellent. Having the SunDowner bar next door could be noisy as they had a band every night but they were good at stopping by 9:00. pm. We enjoyed the large balcony off our room and the Mila del Mar restaurant was excellent as we ate there many times. The Tuna Poke bowel was our favorite!. Staff was amazing and very helpful especially since we ended up staying 3 extra days due to no flights landing. Luckily we were able to stay at The Beach House the extra nights.

I’ve got no idea how this hotel got such great reviews. The staff is really nice and helpful. The area is a public beach complete with tons of screaming kids within a few feet of rooms. 1st level has no privacy at all. It’s all right in the middle of a busy town square and large bar with loud music is ten steps away. If you’re looking for an urban experience for your tropical vacation this is a great choice. The best attraction is a great dive shop next door and some good restaurants nearby.

Right out your door is a quiet beach and the sunset each evening from your room is World Class! Staff is super easy to work with and extremely service oriented. Truly loved our stay at this hotel and would LOVE to stay here again. Easy access to all of West End and great help on the area and activities. You won't regret staying here.
