Fantastic accommodation just metres away from the charm and attractions of Dijon. A slightly quirky room with antique furniture and the loft bedroom upstairs (the stairs are a bit squeaky and creaky), but the bathroom has been beautifully renovated and furnished, and everything is quite comfortable. Very obliging and accommodating host, together with an authentic French breakfast. Location is superb - very quiet, tucked away, yet just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the heart of Dijon.

I wanted my daughter to try her first B&B stay. I knew I picked the right one when she wow wow and wow, unable to hide her astonishment and excitement. Stay was great and I'm writing this mid stay. So those of you who can't find a decently well rating hotel, look no further.This is your place to stay. Our room did hv to carry the luggage up a flight of stairs. But it's a small hussle. Water pressure is on the low side. Everything else was excellent.

A small clean hotel located in the middle of Dijon and only a few minutes to the city and the sights. The owner is very friendly and showed us around and had some useful tips. Breakfast is served in the room so you can have breakfast in peace. We will be happy to come back.

Really a fantastic gem in Dijon. It is an excellent location wonderful hosts, and a beautiful view. Really could not have been a better base while visiting Burgundy.

the property doesnt have elevator. should indicate in Expedia. We had large heavy luggages, not convenient.

We’ve had the best stay ever here! The host was incredibly kind and our room was just beautifully decorated. Perfect location a few minutes walk to the centre of the old town. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone going to Dijon.

Our host Yuka was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent location and the most beautiful room full of antiques from our whole trip. And we stayed in places with pools and for stars. Couldn’t have been better. The breakfast was in the room and outstanding as well. 5 stars!

Such a cute B&B! Would definitely stay here again. Central location and easy to get to from the train station. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast served in the room in the morning was great!

We had a very nice welcome. Room was beautifully arranged, clean, cosy and warm . Breakfast was delicious and brought to the room very punctual. The host is very kind and helpful, easy communication and quick response. We were able to store luggage before departure. Petit tertre s location was great as we had no car. The old town is small and everything is in walkable distance. Place was quiet. We simply loved it !!

Very quaint little hotel. We stayed in the Renaissance room which was full of antiques and cute amenities. Our host was very gracious and attended to all our questions and requests and she served a lovely breakfast in our room the next morning. The one thing which would have made our stay a little better had there been better lighting in the bathroom. It was a bit dark and a nightlight would have been good too.

Nothing but praise for Yuka and Le Petit Tertre. Every request and question before arrival was dealt with efficiently with friendliness. When we got lost (our fault for following Google maps) Yuks came and found us. The rooms were exactly as the pictures showed and the description and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic and there’s the best of Dijon on the doorstep. Thank you Yuka for making our visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be back

Cute bed and breakfast with central location. The lady who takes care of you is lovely and so is the breakfast

The only problem is parking but that is only on arrival. Once you park you don’t need your car at all. It was so centrally located you could walk everywhere. The proprietor was lovely and so cheerful. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge with an ample bathroom. Breakfast featured an overflowing basket of breads and delicious coffee and orange juice. We loved the art throughout the apartment. Proprietress couldn't have been more helpful. Very "Dijonnaise".

Wonderful rooms, beautifully appointed and furnished, so spacious for a heritage venue (17th century?). Convenient to railway, shopping, dining, major sites. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Dijon was a delightful surprise, one to which we would gladly return, and Le Petit Tertre would be the first hotel we could consider.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in Dijon. It was a 15 min walk from the train station and the host offed ranking the tram, but it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the well needed walk. It was about a 6 min walk to many wonder restaurants, the market and shops. The breakfast was fabulous and our host was very helpful with questions. Very clean and description was spot on.
