The mandarin has the worst servic ever

Very well situated almost a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping streets / duomo/ arcade etc..staff are very well experienced and friendly , affordable daily rate given the location , the city and the brand … you will love it

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet ally just in the heart of the fashion district. The service is everything you would expect from this type of hotel. The concierge is super-helpful, the spa is great and all service people were really perfect. The hotel interiors, corridors and rooms may need some renovation for a hotel in this level but all in all highly recommended.

Nice hotel, good location, but I booked king bed, they gave me 2 twins, they converted to 1 king after for few days, but I realized they took the board on the top of the bed on the last day. And sometimes they don’t put stuffs in the room if you don’t ask. Service was ok, but absolutely not great.

Hotel need improve wi-fi network, with price which Amount charging for the day ,internet connection and speed quality need to be constant and Good , unfortunately not .

The location of the hotel is Perfect it’s near the market the staff were very good the chicken experience was perfect definitely when I go back to the same city I will be staying in the same hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel rooms and bed is very comfortable!!!! The location is very good, near the shopping street and cathedral. the breakfast a la carte for hot dish is great! both eggs and side dish! The drinks and apéro is great, but dinner food soso... the hotel recommendations for other restaurants are so so too.... maybe due to most restaurants are closed for summer holidays ...

The minute I walked into the Mandarin Oriental I was immediately taken aback by both the hotel itself and the fine staff that they have. Everyone was extremely kind and at all times attentive. The rooms were lovely and extremely comfortable. Even the bathroom impressed me with its beautiful exterior. The meticulous gifts were of the greatest surprise. We received the cutest stuffed animals for the children and were given a platter of chocolate that was shaped to go with the theme of the hotel. The room was extremely modern and had very advanced technology. Although I only there for a short period of time the Mandarin Oriental made Milan a very memorable experience.

Truly exceptional stay!

I’m a seasoned traveler & only stayed at the top hotels like Aman resorts and the Four Seasons. I picked the MO Milan as the others were fully booked due to the fashion week in Milan. My experience was average. The help I get from the Reception is mediocre. Lip service mostly to meet my request but no action followed. The exception is the Reception Manager, who efficiently helped me with my needs. The food was mediocre. The service at the bar during breakfast was unsatisfactory. Waited forever for my tea and my carrot juice was not freshly squeezed with thick consistency like much cornstarch being added to it. My room, which was an upgraded Executive suite, was very noisy at the evening with noises coming from the bar downstairs. So each night I have to call the Reception manager to help asking them to lower the music volume. I was tired (from a long haul flight) and I didn’t feel relaxed at this hotel since I need to follow up with the Reception staff each time I have a request. They never responded you back efficiently or no response, with the exception of the reception Mgr. Paying an average Euro 900 per night I would expect at least to have some peace

The Mandarin Oriental was situated in a quiet street just close enough to all the sites to be both relaxing and accessible. The room was impressively large with a unique sunken bathroom, and I loved the large soaking tub. The bar is a must visit for some of the most unique cocktails I’ve ever seen, and a great private courtyard.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Nothing was too much for the staff. The concierge organised tickets to see The Last Supper with less than a days notice. The reception staff organised an early check in on our arrival as well as an anniversary surprise. The restaurant staff at the bistro and Seta were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.
