This place was a beautiful oasis :) The service was excellent, the food was great and they went above and beyond to make our stay good. They had free bikes and free snorkel equipment for us, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Everything was awesome, from the check in, welcoming and nice staff, food was good and the tents large and comfortable. They offer free bycicles and the swimming pool is nice too. Avoid Bahari snorkelling tour (nothing to deal with La Cocoteraie but recommended by them) as we “lost” a lot of money from our wallets left in our bag on the boat while snorkelling. We overall loved our stay there and definitely recommend!

Really great place. Tents are a good size with comfy beds and good size bathrooms with a nice hot shower. The commons areas of the hotel are nice and comfortable and the food there is nice and made fresh. The hotel is about a 10 minute cycle from the main strip of shops and restaurants so I wouldn’t recommend if you want to be right in the middle of the action. I loved the place and would definitely stay again!

There wasn't a thing i didnt enjoy about this hotel and staff. All so lovely and accommodating. Very happy to help in any scenario... like our boat getting cancelled back to bali. The food and drinks every delicious. Room cleaned everday. Breakfast included daily. Also, they supply bikes so no need to hire! Will definitely be coming back

We cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was. Fantastic customer service, breakfast, amenities, lodging- we are so grateful to the staff for going well above and beyond to make my wife and I comfortable during our time in Gili. We will Be back!! Thank you LaCoco ❤️

Found overpriced for the location when we look back and compare.Tents were beautiful but no real privacy as look straight into other tents.Staff were amazing also the food.

We stayed for 2 nights at La Coco. Loved our stay! So refreshing from staying in standard hotels. Free bikes was a bonus. Staff super helpful 10/10!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a short but wonderful stay. Breakfast was very good with lots of coffee and bikes and torches (it gets dark at night!) were included with our room. We had an awesome nights sleep and would definitely recommend a stay. The whole hotel was beautiful and the pool was lovely and refreshing.

We will definitely return to this place again.. Both of us felt in Love with Lacoco plus even the staffs are great and understanding.. Its really great for those who love being surrounded by nature and away from the busy life..But if u want to get to the hotel, its pretty far by foot so please arrange for a carriage. Took us abt 40mins walking from the jetty.. Theres also bicycles for you to roam arnd the entire island and its free of charge til the end of your stay. The staffs are so friendly and if u are unsure of where to go or eat, just ask them.. They will gladly recommend u the best place.. We will definitely come back to Lacoco soon and this time we are planning to stay slightly longer.. Thank you Lacoco for the amazing accommodation.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay as the luxury tent experience was exactly what we wanted on an island like this! The staff where absolutely amazing, rooms where clean and great and the breakfast, wifi and drinks where all good. We would 100% visit again.

Amazing staff. Very cool concept. Well maintained and passionate owner/staff. Be aware that the location isn't the best. Also, tents are not sound proof, so noisy. Not the most practical either, with zipping in and out to get access. But overall, very cool!

A beautiful place to escape from crowds and noise. Although the entire island gives you that privilidge in La Coco you have the amazing staff topping it up to a private and exclusive level. They are very friendly, attentive, focused on your comfort and make sure you enjoy your stay. Amazing food and ambiance. Starts with a very warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink they seat you nicely to explain you about the island first. They have recommendations for best sunset best food best drink best swimming and snorkeling spot etc and hand you a small map. Your private safe box includes 2 sets of snorkels, 2 torches and locks for your tent. Then you are accompanied to your luxurious tent . Very specious, all the details are thought of for you. The pentire property and its grounds are very very well kept and clean. You have to try the food , you wont go anywhere else during your stay. Mix of local delicious choices to some international dishes, snacks you can find them in La Coco with top quality ingredients. The only disturbing fact was the construction noise coming from next door and team La Coco were very concerned about their guests comfort due to that but hey it was a small price to pay for such a great stay; anyway it is just a temporary thing. Dont miss out this exceptional glamping experience!

Exceptional staff, quirky relaxing eco environment. Tents can get stuffy and the aircon doesn’t do much for relief.Unfortunately there is construction going on right next door from 9-5pm so we only ended up staying one night due to the noise of bandsaw all day.Great place to stay if you are into eco living, don’t mind the heat and are out during most the day on island activities.Staff were exceptional with helping us change locations without making us feel bad about our choice to move to different accommodation

The staff were fantastic, the room was always clean and whole experience was one of the best I have had. Definitely a place to visit and have all your needs taken care of.

This is the best hotell with the nicest staff, so friendly and did everything to make us satisfied. The tents are large, clean, comfy beds and we loved the outdoor bathroom!! Large lovely breakfast. We tried the pasta meals, which was really nice also. They lend you bikes for free. Close to the beach and 10 minute bikeride to the crowdy mainstreat. Would definitely recommend and it's definitely our choise to stay again if we return.

Perfect getaway place in Gili Trawangan. You will be surraounded by nothing, far away from the centre of the village but very to the sunset locations for end-of-the-day chilling. The rooms are beautiful tents with all comforts from a modern hotel. They tend to be very warm but are provided with AC and a fan. The staff is very young, friend and always available. Food is delicious: the nutella crepes is a must! Take into account you will need to ride one of the free bikes available for guests to reach any location in the island, including restaurants or beaches, and at night there are no lights in the streets. You will be given individual headlamps so it may be fun or scary depending on you. Consider that generally the island is very safe.

I bought x3 of my other girlfriends here and thanked me so much for it, we all loved it, and was very sad to say goodbye. The free bikes and snorkelling equipment free to use was a blessing, we also enjoyed the Healthy Breakfast, and the American Breakfast every morning.

Wonderful hotel situated just a few hundered meters off the beach. The tent style bungalows were super cool and comfy. The hotel offered free bike rental and snorkelling equipments. The highlight however was the amazing staff and increadibly service we received during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Gilli T!!!

I loved it! Although i wished i had someone to share the experience, unfortunately i was alone. However, the staff made me feel comfortable. I love the rustic feel of the lobby/restaurant. The lounge area by the pool was comfy. The tent - glamping with style literally. I entered my room, nothing but smiles and joy. Although for me alone, to zip up everything was tough - but hey safety comes first! The place itself already made me feel safe.Room has no tv, but this makes up for more quality time to interact with your partner. Despite the aircon not easily filling up the room, but hey the fan did just as good. Love the breakfast selection, and the staff have you to pre-select your option a day before. Good for non-morning talking people, which can have you just sit and wait for your breakfast to arrive.Love the free bicycle, and snorkelling gear on standby in your personal locker before you leave.Love the pool which has no or less traces of cholorine in it. Didnt spoil my hair.Location feels like youre in the woods, but youe just 10-15mins short walk, or 5mins bicycle ride to the amazing sunset everyday.

I was looking for a place immersed in nature, far from the caos yet close enough to the beaches and the entertainment and I found it in La Coco. Loved the concept, the restaurant and the management . Everyone is absolutely committed in maintaining the Island of Gili at its best through recycling of wast and trash to educating the local kids to a more sustainable life style to involving the tourist for as long as they will stay and finally to making sure that the horses and the cats on the island are treated with respect and are in good health. I appreciated everything so much that next trip I am planning to stay longer and help out.

everything was great, the view, staff, facilities, overall was good. i wish we can choose 2 type menu for breakfast :) love the bathroom!!! free snorkle gear and bike.. tips: if u want go back to the hotel late don't forget to bring headlamp, it's dark.. absolutely will book this hotel again when i come back to gili :)

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the decor of the venue is very nice. The glamping tents are lovely. One of the biggest let downs for the place however is the location was incredibly difficult to get to in the dark. The roads are broken to the place and it is located near a rubbish dump. There are no lights for a section of the journey back which we found very problematic given the number of potholes in the road. The resort is away from the main strip which is nice in theory but because of the difficulties in getting back meant that we were reluctant to go to far from the hotel. If being away from the main bars doesnt bother you and you would prefer to have nights in or on the quieter side of the island then this place would be great for you. The snorkelling gear they provide was excellent and the cocktails are great too. We also had problems with one of the free bikes that was lent to us which was swapped for another bike which had alternative problems. The staff were very helpful in trying to fix the bikes promptly. For our last night we moved to another hotel so we could enjoy the evening without the stresses of the journey back.
