The location is five stars but the room was a bit small and the bathroom too.

The staff went out of their way to provide us with comfort, information, and assistance to enjoy our visit. Lived the environment for calm and relaxation as well as the location to experience the Old Town.

It was a beautiful old hotel, full of atmosphere. Small in no of bedrooms, so it was never busy or noisy. It was located in the old town, which is much prettier and quieter than the bustling beach area with its busy resort hotel. We really enjoyed our short break.

Well worth the cost

The hotel was really nice, in the centre of the town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: the town is very old and mostly pedestrianized, but there is ample free public parking close by outside the city’s ancient walls.

We had a standard room, which was adequate but quite small. Not much hanging space for clothes so more than two or three days would be difficult to hang your clothes. The reception staff were lovely. The sitting area by the pool in the main building is quite stunning. A beautiful place for coffee after dinner except as it’s supposed to be closed at 9 pm. Pity. Not a hotel where you would expect outdoor space as it is in a city. Alcudia old town inside the city walls is an atmospheric, spotlessly clean and enchanting place to walk around.

A few streets from the main drag the hotel is classy boutique of historical design. The main building’s tower room is compact with outside private space above a sauna pool. The staff are superb, passionate about quality and service and good humour. Congratulations to them and the omelette lady !!

We wanted to stay in a hotel where we could relax in comfort with bars and restaurants within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the old town is. Very clean and very friendly area. The hotel exceeded our expectations, very clean, comfortable rooms, great choices of food at breakfast to suit all nationalities. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Nice hotel, very nice rooms, good locations

Wonderful Hotel right in the heart of the old town of Alcudia. Everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel is luxurious and has been beautifully restored. The staff were attentive and really helpful.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a beautiful location within the old town of Alcudia inside the old city wall. The building's architecture on the outside fits within the old town charm but on the inside it is stylish, modern and functional. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 3 min walking from parking lots. My room was a bit small but acceptable. It was clean and very functional.

The hotel is beautiful, even tho the rooms are tiny. The staff are exceptionally good. We had a balcony which was the most uninviting bare space with a view of shabby roofs. Understand it's a city hotel but no effort had been made to make you want to go out there not even an umbrella for the burning heat. When we complained that the upcharge we had paid for the space was not acceptable the charming receptionist said he understood and would tell the manager. We didn't hear a word not even an apology. Not good, it blemished an otherwise great stay.

Amazing Hotel in Old Alcudia!! Close to everything in town. Short walk to parking lot. Super nice buildings. The older building is literally built on top of an old Roman structure. Breakfast is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our only complaint (and I heard this from a few other couples), is that the 2 jacuzzis, which visually are incredible, are not heated....more of cool to luke warm temperature. After a long day site seeing or hangin at the beach, it’s nice to come back and relax in a hot tub.

This place is SO nice! The architecture is stunning and unlike any other place I've ever stayed. I was also so impressed by the staff for making me feel so welcome (shout out to Marcella, Gabriela, Maria, Maru, Callum, and Beb!). Highly recommend:)

The location of the property and the hotel itself melded seamlessly into the old town.

A unique property with a real personal feel. The original features mixed with a modern style give a beautiful feel to the buildings. The staff were all so personable and friendly, greeting you and making conversation at every opportunity. Upon check in we were upgraded to the tower room, the best room at the property! Such a lovely welcome surprise, we were incredible grateful. The room was tastefully decorated, highlighting original features. There was plenty of space over the 2 floors and we also had a little outdoor space with seating which we used to enjoy the late day sun. Both pools were fantastic, a chilled private atmosphere, each with a unique style. The food was a real highlight of our stay. There was ample choice at breakfast, fresh fruit, meats, yoghurt, bread, cereals, cheesecake to name a few. Plus a choice of cooked eggs. Fresh juices and hot drinks. We also booked a meal at the Apalonia restaurant for the 5 course tasting menu. I can honestly say it is the best food we have every eaten. 5 courses beautifully presented, equally delicious. Exceptional value for money. We were the only diners in the restaurant at the time so it was like a private dining experience, I would highly recommend. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Alcúdia Old Town, perfect for wandering around the shops with lots of restaurants and bars within close proximity. We would happily visit again.

Our stay was amazing, from the beautiful building, to the breakfast. It is centrally located, but back on a quiet street. The staff was very attentive and we have no complaints.

Very friendly service, unique property style and eco-minded

Amazing property . Brilliant staff . We were personally greeted by friendly staff and felt that nothing was too much trouble . We only stayed two nights and had already planned our days but staff would have helped with booking and local info . Beautiful buffet breakfast laid out with such care .. a real treat . The renovated buildings are lovely just the right mix of old and new . Particularly liked being able to use the coffee machine in the lobby . Will definitely return and we are already passing on the recommendation to friends .

If you're exploring Alcudia (and why would you visit Mallorca without doing so!), this hotel is the most wonderful place to stay. The two renovated properties sit across the street from each other in the charming center of town. The staff is above phenomenal and make you feel totally at home from the minute you step through the door. The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. And the large hot tub nestled within 14th century restored walls and arches (open to the sky) is the final perfect touch.

This is a beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Alcudia Old Town. It blends ancient architecture with contemporary style and, despite being only a few steps from cafes, restaurants and shops, is very tranquil and peaceful. What makes this hotel really outstanding however is the staff who are so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend.
