Comfy downtown hotel with the basics.

Everything fine except 4 people including front desk housekeeper maintenance and someone I couldn't see came POUNDING on my door at 945 am WITH a do not disturb sign on my door wanting to clean my room. I'm a travel nurse and had a short window for sleep. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable

Nice town. Plenty of free parking. Very quite. Breakfast was typical of free breakfast with eggs and sausage or potatoes, muffins, waffles, and cereal.

Very nice hotel in a great location. We had a suite which of course has plenty of space. Disappointed in the A/C units. One unit in the living roon area worked pretty well, the one in the bedroom was just OK and the room was humid. Check in was easy, parking a breeze.

We are having major issues with this hotel and it has been a horrible experience.
1. It took at least 1 hour to check into the hotel. We were forced to wait in a long line of people waiting to check in. They were having system issues that were causing extensive delays.
2. After checking in we found that 4 out of the five elevators were not working and several of them had been out for several days. We booked 3 rooms and had to climb the stairs with our bags in order to actually get t o our rooms in a timely fashion. We were placed on the 9. 10. and 12 floor. My sister in law is 6 months pregnant and had to walk up to the 10th floor.
3. We had to walk down around 6pm to make it to our game.
4. When we returned from the game we had to walk back up to our room as they still only had one elevator so we all walked to our room.
5. We called down to complain and to let them know they there is no ice on the 9th floor. They told us to go down to the 8th floor to get ice.
Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Nice location, friendly staff, well kept building. Our only complaint is that we had a shower head so bad that the pressure of the water hurt. Never thought I’d stay at a hotel and complain that the pressure was too strong! We think there was something wrong with the shower head.

I dont remember her name, but the lady that checked us in was awesome. The computer gave her a run for her money but she kept a positive attitude and was very friendly. Would absolutely stay there again.

The staff was very helpful but the upscale room reserved in this hotel is either next to the noisy elevator or overlooking the main street with some noise there. Coming to breakfast just before it closed at 9 am results in some scarcities. The room however was very large and accommodating at the expense of the bathroom which was small for 2 people at one time. Overall, though, we were happy with the location and price.

Cobblestone Inn offers a clean, quiet, stay in Waverly. We've been here before, and we will return. The rooms are modern and always very clean. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast is nice. The hotel is managed well, in an easily accessible area, with close parking.

Heater in room did not work! Turned it on and it shook and rattled and smelled like smoke. Called down but we couldn’t get a comp because we went through Expedia. Never again!!

Desk clerk gave no info about anything, the keys were not even in a pocket. Had to call and ask for the wifi password. Beds sagged but were soft. Shower didn't work very well. Only one ice machine, in the first floor. Nice frig and small microwave. Only decaf at breakfast, someone forgot to order regular coffee! Breakfast was not good, eggs were dry and flavorless. Sausage was good.
