Friendly staff, convenient to airport. Wish the shuttle was 24 hours. I had a 5am flight with no shuttle available until 6am.

My only complaint is when i book this on your website i booked for 2 adults and 2 children but when i showed up at the hotel its had only booked for 2 adults and 1 childs so i had to upgrade to a suit for an additional €86.26... i used my free room on this booking feel I have being short changed.... I am questioning if i will continue using the website as i don't seem to getting the value of the service

Typical hotel airport and not good facilities.

We called and emailed in advance about needing an early check-in and that we would be leaving very early the next morning. We were assured that it would not be a problem. When we arrived around 1 pm we were kept waiting for over 2 hours. When we asked about an early airport shuttle we were told that it was too early.

Stayed here for 1 night as our flight arrived at midnight and didn't want to drive straight away. The courtesy bus only runs up to midnight which was not a problem so thought we would get a cab. The taxi driver told us it was walking distance and better to walk. Do NOT believe them its unwalkable and we ended up calling an Uber sitting on the side of road.

Convient near the airport, terrible shuttle service waited one hour so we took a taxi for the 3 minute ride.,we called twice and they said it was on the way, still curious to know what went wrong.

Servers were down. Staff forced us to put down an additional $300 deposit to stay in the room that we already booked and paid for. On top of that, they couldn't give us room keys so they needed to attend us to the room any time we wanted in. On top of that, the shower in the room did not work.

Easy access from the train station, breakfast, toiletries in the bathroom, modern, clean look, service, and transportation to the Airport.

Our couple of day stayed was good until I met the rude staff member from the restaurant on Tuesday morning 3/26. Unprofessional, and rude arguing that my two year grandson could not get his breakfast. When we checked in we were informed kids under 12 eat free but wasn’t told that it needed to be with a paying adult. The breakfast is OK but not for 20 euros, paying was not the problem it was her rudeness and confrontational behavior.

The room was comfortable but the floor was dirty! The rest of the room seemed clean. It was as if someone forgot to vacuum. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant because there didn’t seem to be anything convenient and the hotel had a gated entrance. Meal was ok. They also have a full bar that was nice. We had breakfast in the morning that was also ok. Not great but not bad. Service was good and staff were very helpful and efficient. Getting the shuttle from airport was not easy.

The convenience of free airport shuttle with courteous and friendly Holiday inn Shuttle drivers. The welcoming and professional hotel staff at reception, not to mention the absolutely highly recommended for a fee breakfast buffet in the morning- highly recommended for anyone passing through MRS.

Our stay was just for one night but it was perfect! The room was big and clean. The staff was very nice. Our shuttle was on time for the airport. The only thing that hotels.com need to change in the description is the hotel is not in walking distance from the airport you need to use the shuttle !

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they had an early shuttle to the airport. When I checked in, they said the shuttle was full for the next morning, I said I was not happy, and by the time I picked up my luggage in my car, they found a solution for me and a new shuttle. Nice people working there, nice service, and helpful, I recommend it!

What a joy! The gite is beautiful, with lots of great spaces to hide in and amazing views out of each window, of the vineyards and nearby houses. You feel like you are living in the 20th century but will all the conveniences of today. It was quiet and wonderful. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming. We will plan to stay again when we return to France.

We just stayed one night as our flight arrived late to Marseille airport. The hotel was everything you need/would expect of a hotel airport, simple but clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff and convenient to get to the airport/train station. We felt the breakfast was a bit overpriced at 20 euro each but there's not loads of options around there. I found information about the shuttle bus difficult to find beforehand (it was emailed to me a couple of days before), it runs 5am - midnight, more frequently between 5am - 10am but you do need to book onto it the night before. This wasn't an issue for us as we were flexible with our onward train journey. The intercom for the shuttle is quite difficult to find at night at the terminal 2 bus station as the street light is broken by it and there's not very clear signage on the intercom itself - it's a tall grey box across the road from bus platform 5 and the buttons are on the side. We landed at 11pm and the shuttle was with us within 5 minutes which was great.

My room smelt dank and musty. I had to return my rental car and be back for some work calls. I checked with the front desk manager, she assured me that I had plenty of time and that I shld go to the Avis desk at the airport and press the button for the hotel and she would send a shuttle. I will spare the details but the button was a phone that was hard to find and the hotel did not answer the phone. I also called them many times from my mobile and they did not answer. It’s impossible to walk to the hotel as there are highways in between the airport and the hotel. I was stuck there for a hour before I walked to the Best Western and asked them to call the Holiday Inn and they still did not answer their phones. I got an Uber to take me there and I immediately checked out. I would not stay at this hotel and especially if u need a shuttle.

This Holoday Inn is very located serving MRS airport. Good food, rooms, friendly staff. Good parking and van service at a reasonable price.

Great staff, great room, great breakfast!

Mohammed at the front was extremely rude and was not allowing me to go to my room. I asked for the manager and he said he was the owner of the hotel. It took four hours to get my room.

Overall this is a nice hotel to stay at if you're anticipating a flight out of Marseilles Airport the following morning, but do be aware that the hotel shuttle service does not begin until 5 AM so if you have a 6 AM flight out of Marseilles then you'll be forced to using a taxi, which isn't cheap. I wish the hotel would start their shuttle service at 4 AM, but it is what it is.

Menu was overpriced.
