Great location

We only arrived late at night coming from the ferry - so we didn't spend too much time there. All we needed was a place to shower and sleep before continuing on our journey the next day. I had read a review previously comparing the room with a prison cell. When we arrived we both laughed as yes it did look a bit like that. However, it was clean and comfortable, and served its purpose. Check in was really easy as we had been given a code for our room. The reservation staff were really helpful prior to our arrival and gave us all the info we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and found it to be a good price.

Amazing staff member helped me check in slightly early!! Rooms adequate for a night’s sleep before travelling. Not in a brilliant area but excellent value for miney

We needed a place last minute and this was a great option. It was a good price, easy to find and check in, not expensive and just fine. Not near any restaurants, but there was a grocery store across the street.

Overall room was great, but sadly NO Kettle and apparently none available!! Despite me explaining I am disabled with limited mobility I was given a small cup of hot water to try and carry to my room bare in mind I ad my hands full with my puppy, and being unsteady on my feet the cup was half full time I got back to my room! Next issue was I went back to reception to book breakfast and mistakenly only had 8.20€ instead of the full 8.50€ I asked if I could bring it in the morning and was told "No it's not far to your room to go back and get it," despite seeing how unstable I am on my feet I feel it's a very untrusting facility for 0.30cents, I'm sure I will think again when booking my next trip to St Malo.

My stay was Excellent - Reception Staff was very helpful - It was very Hot & they supplied a Fan for my Room. It was Amazing

Arrived and saw a huge sign advising not to leave items in vehicle due to security issues. Entered the room which looked just ok but hard mattress. Looked around for AC-it was 90 and I’d walked a great deal. No AC. Window? But no screens. So I’m supposed to stay in a 90 degree airless room.. The desk attendant says I can leave my window open at night. On the 2nd floor, where anyone could be. I say, “Call me a cab.” Now the attendant was nice enough and helped me. But I’d also received a text that said this hotel was not staffed 24 hours a day. So—-if you’re doing St. Malo, spend some extra cash and go to the waterfront port area, perhaps within the walls!

The room is too small and stuffy. There’s a window but I couldn’t open widely to get fresh air because it’s open to the walk way. It’s not safe to open the window. Will not return to this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night at start of our holiday and on the way back (as ferry was at 06:15). Very comfortable and clean, with no check-in or check-out issues. Only had breakfast on outward trip. Seating area a bit cramp.

Simple accommodation with decent breakfast. Very close to a big supermarket on a very busy road so a bit noisy if the windows are left open. Good shower.

Small room, ideal for overnight stay. Ventilation in the room a little lacking. Easy check in, good staff.

We needed somewhere simple and cheap for the night. The accommodation was clean and had all the basics for a nights stay.

When I tried to check in the codes I had did not work. I did not receive an email with any other codes. It was very cold and windy and when I pressed the help button, the staff took a long time, we struggled with the codes until one finally worked so I ended up with 2 different codes. She said I had to press hard--so I think there is something wrong with the code box. I finally got to my room and it was so tiny I could hardly turn around in it. And the toilet seat was so loose I just about fell off! When I reported it, they argued with me until I showed them. I asked for a different room and it was much better--but what a waste of time!

Family room was excellent.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay for one night, ready to catch ferry in the morning. Rooms small but have what you need. Complementary breakfast a bonus. Large supermarket nearby.

Clean, good on site parking. Next to a supermarket complex and on the major arterial route out of St Malo. Great value

For what we wanted, an overnight stay before getting the ferry it was ideal. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend anybody who wants a clean, secure health wise and otherwise. It is not a holiday hotel is serves a purpose and does it well

the hotel did the job of being cheap and giving us a bed for the night before catching the ferry the next day. The room was very compact with a basic bathroom. Being in a family room it was good that the kids had their own space up a set of small steps. There were a butch of young adults who were drunk and making a lot of noise going between their rooms until about 11:30

This is a very basic hotel, not very clean, not very spacious, but worth the money. It is good if you are looking at a budget hotel

Convenient but basic accommodation that was overpriced compared to previous stays in St Malo en route to the ferry. Breakfast was good value and better than I had expected. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good stay over for the night. We stayed so we were local for the ferry port and wanted a look around Saint Malo

This is a motel style hotel with easy access to the hypermarket area of St Malo. Easy parking and clean, simple budget accommodation. Good wi fi, TV and accessible. Reasonable value for money and the breakfast looked good too. Bus stops into the centre are nearby, as parking near the walls is difficult in high season. Great as a pre / post ferry stopover.

Cheap, (very) clean & easy place to stay a night. Perfect for what we needed. It's just a basic room but was only there for a quick sleep.

The hotel was just what I expected. Clean, adequate accommodation with a good breakfast included offering more choices than most hotels in France. There was good parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small and basic. Wifi was good. To go to the old walled port town was an easy bus ride (so no parking issues there) and the staff told us where to catch the bus.
