Excellent service friendly and helpful parking under the hotel easy to find. Rooms are cleaned and nice the mini bar was free and nice coffee machine. Really liked the choice of eatery’s so much to choice from, loved the fact it is right on the entertainment. You get a £10 free voucher for the casino which was a nice touch breakfast in the morning was lovely although only scrambled egg on offer and it could do with being put somewhere with a little more room but all in all a very good breakfast.

Lovely hotel, good value and convenient for the casino or NEC. Downside to the area is limited breakfast options especially if you are with elderly people who can't walk far. Staff at hotel courteous and helpful and I requested adjoining rooms and they accomodated my request.

great view and access to restaurants and cinema one step away. great customer service at desk and parking is validated at reception overall great experience.

I walked into paradise when I entered the reception. Room was very clean and tidy and there was everything in the room that you need. Breakfast was excellent with all the different choices you could ask for, from a full English to a beautiful fresh fruit salad. Would diffo stay there again. 10 out of 10 Genting (don't change)

I found the hotel expensive for what it was. Breakfast was a nightnare each day as there were only 3 serving staff who were rushed off their feet. Too many tables waiting to be cleared of used plates etc. Had to wait for far too long - 15 minutes one morning fir cereal bowls !!

Excellent welcome from the staff, efficient check in and very comfortable, spotlessly clean room. Spa was an added bonus.

We came for an overnight stay for our 15th wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. We used the spa facilities which were great, especially the hot stone loungers! Had dinner and drinks in the sky bar and watched the sunset from the terrace. Absolutely delighted with my choice of hotel for this special occasion

Me and my partner love resorts world and staying at the Genting hotel. It has everything you need with a beautiful clean hotel and a great spa, what more could you ask for.

What an awful hotel and spa. It began with my wofe trying to check in whilst my flight was delayed, only to be told they wont let her check in without me - even though she was registered as a guest. Then she was told that I would need to email the front desk to let her in. They made her wait so long that reception said they would give her free car parking (the £20 bill for parking was therefore a surprise when we got to the barrier to leave). She was then told that she only had 90 mins in the spa - but there were no robes (so not like the picture online where they are on the bed). The room smelt like someone had thrown up on the carpet, and that had been cleaned that morning. The one saving grace was the breakfast and the staff - who were excellent, polite and attentive. Upon checkout, there were groups of people arguing with the reception staff about things they had been told/booked and not recieved (so a sililar experience to us). All in, not a very good experience but very expensive compared to local competition. When it opened it wasnt like this, but it is now dated, run down, and actually very unpleasant.

Great, clean and modern, but outside your room the place is boiling. Every corridor and staircase and the amazing sky bar were like an oven. The lifts are slow and have a mind of their own, not helped by one being out of order. Signage around the hotel is minimal and it’s easy to get lost when, for example, leaving your room and wanting to find the sky bar

The property was very nice and clean, the cleaners were lovely, hotel staff were good.

Bed bugs in mattress only stayed there to go casino I’m disabled and the casino though I was drunk because my mobility absolute disappointed and feel discriminated against I don’t even drink and I’ve seen many totally drunk people in there hotel would cancel even thou we only went for the casino got to room bed bugs riddled on mattress also knowing I’m disabled put me in the furthest room they could getting should be ashamed

Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and toiletries. Was kindly given a later check out after a late arrival, which we were very grateful for. Also got to use the spa which was nice too.

Nice hotel.

Second time stating here. Room was clean, very spacious and plenty of light in the room. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The shower was really good and had no water spilling out like I have encountered in other hotels. The power of the shower was perfect. Just what was needed after a tiring day.

10/10 service, clean room :)

Really good size room, had everything i needed. Super comfy bed and a huge shower!
