Property was in a good location. Clean and friendly staff

It’s a nice villa. The same vibe as Bali but way less expensive. It’s far away from walking street maybe 20mins car ride- with traffic maybe 30 mins. It’s good for groups as there’s lots of things to do: pool table, swimming pool with slide, huge living area with sofa and nice dining area.

Spend $2000 for 3 different villa and can able to stay in 1 villa for 1 hour its that bad and dirty . all pictures shows on hotels.com is photo shop or when they build the property 10 years back approx so beware of spam for this property . do not think the property look like pictures .

A very nice quiet place.

Love the privacy and pool. clean and quiet. easily parked the car. There is not much near by which makes it unique and stands off from the busyness and congestion of the beach we had a car so we could go anywhere we wanted . The hosts were polite helpful and listened to concerns I made a few suggestions as to how to improve the ambiance and the manger took it to heart. would definitely go back and stay even longer!

Beautiful friendly manager will help you with whatever you need. Property is nice with private pool. I stayed in three bedroom Villa which was very large. Free washing machine to use which was great. Easy to get a cab to and from villas.

Very peaceful, perfect place to relax. Staff are very caring and ensure all needs are met and guests are enjoying themselves. Go above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable. Special thanks to Pat for making sure we received all items that we forgot to pack. Loved staying at Tropicana and highly recommend it.

We stayed in the 4 bedrooms pool Villa T8, the pool looked small at first, but it was the perfect size for us to enjoy. Any problems I had were quickly addressed and fixed. The water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was not the greatest, but it did the job. I “thought” the TVs were going to be SMART TVs, so we could watch Netflix, YouTube or other online services, but that was not the case. I tried connecting my USB external movie hard drive to the TVs, but that did not work either. Luckily we brought along the kids tablets, so they could watch their toons. Overall a great place and we would come back again.

The villa was spacious modern and clean. Myself and the friends i brought with me had a wonderful time. Its location was not beachfront but only minutes away and the price charged in relation to location was more than reasonable.

Just room is getting too old 😨 Too small for two kids with father and mother. No English anime TV channel was big negative too ....

this one must try best hotel i know and i have tried the stomach but there is no one like when daughter hotel the best i villa and lovely pool and super nice staff big smile I give a 5 stars to the hotel and staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a star for Peter ⭐️ then all in that 6 steals ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ best

Very nice villas, well maintained. Good location, quiet and close to beach, market etc... Check in very smooth, daily cleaning very good and efficient. Nice and friendly staff.

Good points: Private pool, staff services, complete amenities Concern points: bathroom and bathtub in bedroom, bed is too soft, bugs

The 1-bedroom villa exceeded my expectations as the layout differed from the photos. The only thing is the location as its a little secluded and tucked away, about a 20 minutes walk from Jomtien Beach. Kudos to the staffs who were all friendly and helpful.

We booked for a 1 bedroom private pool villa for two days. Room was clean however there were so many cockroaches, ants and mosquitoes at night. I understand this was because of natural but still a little bit scared at night. Staff were nice and attitude was good. We stayed for two days, on the second day when we go out, a housekeeping lady approached us for cleaning our room. However when we back to our room, we discovered that our room was not be locked. Anyone can go inside our room. Fortunately we didn’t lost anything. But the security problem were highly recommended to improved.

I was forced to upgrade my room from two-bedroom house to three-bedroom house, paying 1000 thai dollars more when I checked in, this was due to the fact that the website didn't state clearly enough and the staff of this website was unable to help solve the problem as well. On the other hand, the rooms are quite clean except the fact that there are MANY MANY cockroaches and spiders around the house at night and inside the private pool, making us impossible to swim in the pool. When checking out, the staff accused us for drinking a can of soda water but in fact we didn't. Overall, this villa is too far from the city centre. There are rarely any convenience stores nearby. It would be best if you can drive your own car. Otherwise, you need to ride a taxi.

Villa was a bit run down. Water was seeping out from below the water basin but no one fixed it.

i was extremely shocked with the conditions overall at tropicana pool villas it simply is not up to any reasonable standard in any shape or form although i found peter the asst manager and his manager very aware of what i showed them they told me the problem is with the staff they are just not motivated his words not mine they told me that they had both been away and needed to catch up with things peter expressed concerns about my review. i couldnt use the pool the tiles were covered in mildew black and green i spent the first afternoon and evening cleaning the kitchen bathroom toilet tables and chairs cutlery and crockery all filthy the counter in the kitchen had a lot of tiny ants feeding on the left over crease and food around the cooking plate and surrounding worktop and panels i spoke with expedia and eventually got though to one of your colleagues who helped me book woodlands for 8 nights and the le merridian before my journey home at the airport just lovely with exceptional conditions and service in both.

Distance little far but good

I love the whole house and all rooms full of sunshine. The pool is so good. But the location is a bit far.lucky they provide bike fir riding to family mart.If ride bike to bench.only 10 mins ride.
