I had a reservation for 2 nights. This property's check-in closed at 7PM. I notified the property manager earlier that I may make it in time but it's possible that I might be few minutes late. My plane arrived 30 minutes late and I arrived at 7:08PM, building was closed. Having just arrived in Germany, my phone was not setup yet to make local phone calls. I went to a nearby hotel to have a roof over my head for the night. When I came next day morning to finally check in, property manager told me I can't because they sold my room to someone else since I did not check in the night before. They were still going to charge me for 2 nights. I said how can you deny me service but charge for both nights, response was that it's their policy. I asked how much time did I have to actually check in, manager said I could check in at any time. So I want to check in now (11am next day), response was you can't because your room was sold to someone else. We went into this endless loop. When my credit card statement arrived, I was in fact charged to both nights. I would not recommend this place.

The ever-expanding Aparthotels are still v. good and reasonably priced on my 5th stay. Staff are v. friendly, competent, responsive. Most important, longtime WiFi problems now seem (?) fixed. Keep up the good work.

It was a great place at a great location. The place was very clean and cozy to stay with two children. The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen, and the bathroom was very clean. All the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Udo. It was located in the center of old town, easy and quick walk to all the major sites. We will definitely come back here on our next Dresden trip. 10 out of 10.

Check-in was trickier than expected because the front desk of the facility was closed, and we had to go over to the partner Suites establishment, across the plaza. Parking was recommended in a lot across from the police station and proved to be fine and cheaper by half compared to all of the garages (although the machines only took coins). The aparthotel room itself was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and complete with dishwasher, clothes-washer, refrigerator, coffee-maker, and a wardrobe. The location was perfect, right off of Dresden's historic main plaza. Every interesting spot was walkable. Hotel staff was friendly. We would go back.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists, spacious rooms and close walking distance to all the major tourist attractions in Dresden.

Two blocks from the Christmas Market and in the middle of many restaurants and bars etc along with historical buildings...

Very nice place. I would stay there again. Breakfast was very nice. I do recommend this place to stay very close to everything around.

This is a lovely hotel located very close to the Dresden Christmas Market. The staff was very friendly and helpful...especially when we had a difficult time driving to the hotel due to the streets being blocked for the market. I’d recommend finding the hotel on foot during the Christmas season.

It was nice to have a spacious apartment with a kitchen.

This apartment was incredible, and the price was so good it was hard to believe. The view over old town could not be beaten, the apartment was huge, modern and luxurious. Little the main square is out your window, as soon as we saw it we ran downstairs and booked extra nights. The only downfall was horrible expensive parking

It was very nice and spacious, with a great view. Wanted to stay more time!!! Recommended for groups or a family!!

I liked the spaciousness, the view overlooking the plaza, and the fact that it was an apartment that included washer as well as a kitchen. On the negative side, it was difficult to find the apartment with the instructions provided and the assigned parking space In the parking garage was very tight and difficult to access.

Location is perfect, within walking distance of all old town sights. Washing machine in the room is very useful.

These accommodations were amazing. We were sad we were only there for one night. Our room was more of an apartment [maybe thats why its called Aparthotel] We had two rooms, a large living room, kitchen area, and a washing machine! We could see Frau Kirche from our windows. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was great at answering our questions, helping with some needs we had. We traveled with family and they had a different room set up than we had, but it was just as nice. I wish we could have been there longer.

Surprisingly nice. Very large rooms with everything you would need. We loved our stay, and wished we could have stayed longer.

Location couldn’t be more central in old part of Dresden. Breakfast buffet was in walking distance in a few minutes and was good and had a lot of choices. Hotel was clean, the room was just not prepared for all four of Our family, but was changed immediately upon our asking.

In the heart of the town. Brilliant accommodation. Reception in a shop is a bit tricky with suitcases. Helpful staff. Would stay here again. Clean and very modern.

Spacious, modern, clean, centrally located and excellent, kind and thoughtful receptionists

The rooms look brand new, are very clean and are fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave,dishwasher and even a washing machine. There are also plates, glasses and utensils. The location is perfect as you are right in the middle of the historical Dresden. You can find a full grocery store in the basement of Hallmark place( 5 minutes walk) which is so convenient if you want to have breakfast at home or even make some sandwiches. I would definitely go back there if I was visiting Dresden again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean & good amenities. Check in process was woeful. Had to find my way (without directions from hotel) from Main train station to coffee house to collect the key. Then had to go back to train station to find apartment again without directions. On arrival at apartment key stuck in door & I had to request a solution from Contact person as none was forthcoming. Eventually the situation was sorted however an annoying start. The apartment is not centrally located and I did not feel comfortable walking the street night. I would not recommend this apartment to a single traveller however couples may find it suitable.

Best hotel experience ever. Well, the upgrade to a 2-bed room apartment helped. Location superb, nice rooms and a comfortable roof terrace. Good wifi, however some android access problems the only thing I could think about as minus.
