It is a boutique hotel converted from what looked like a large house or apartment building. It is in a residential area which is good if you like quiet but you have to drive to get to dining or shopping which is not a problem since most people are driving anyway.

I've stayed there before, just last April. My room was comfortable and everything was fine. This time the room I got was crowded and a bit awkward. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work, and surprisingly the towels were threadbare, frayed and really rough from use and age. Checkin is always quick and efficient. Location is good, quiet, walkable distance to busy areas. I would stay again.

A great place

Room with own bathroom in 2 storey condo. Shared kitchen for the 4 rooms. It was ok since it was located within walking distance of downtown but if you want a quiet stay, this is not the place. Located beside airport and neighborhood in general was sketchy…never felt unsafe but neighbours had a domestic every night we were there, lots of vehicles racing up and down street all hours of the night. We stayed 6 mights…after the 3 rd night, we were used to the noise..lol.

I highly recommend this place. I arrived and was greeted by the owner who was very nice and courteous. There was an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms at the main house so he offered me a 50 dollar discount on my room if I was willing to share a bathroom with another couple otherwise I could go to one of the other houses he owns. I chose the option of my own bathroom. The unit he brought us to was like a town house with two bedrooms. I share the entire unit with a lovely couple. The bedrooms had your own private bathroom and the doors could be locked. Otherwise the living room and kitchen were shared. The bed was very comfortable and you had everything you need. The owner is very meticulous about cleanliness so the unit was spotless. You had everything you need there. If matched up with the right people which I was so my stay was great. I would highly recommend it! The only issue is if you were matched with somebody you did not feel comfortable with or people that didn't match your sleep patterns. I would absolutely stay here again!*Please note the bed looks small in my pic but it was actually much bigger. A queen I believe**

Very quiet and secluded. Highly recommend this accommodation for an overnight stay or longer. Walking distance to a number of dining options.

This is actually a bed without breakfast rather than a hotel or inn, which is ok. The strange part is all guests must take off their shoes when inside the property, but slipper was not provided, so we jave to ealk bare foot inside the house. The living room has no carpet and it is cold walking bare foot on it. The room is small but clean and tidy, the bed is also small. It is ok but if they can provide depositable slipper, or ask guests to bring their own, it would be better. BTW, there is little heating at the living room and heating is not adequate in our little bedroom, the bathroom heating is ok though.

Our hotel room was in a condo type space where you shared common spaces and there were two rooms for guests. The building looked brand new and you felt like you were ina safe neighbourhood.

A perfect stop in Whitehorse!

It got a kind of smell inside the property when you get in. There is a shared kitchen that you can use. Room is small but is ok for two people.

Outstanding property condition and function. Hosting was prompt and well detailed.

Room was good. Needs some kind of fan for the warmer nights. Hard to leave a window open because of the black out curtains and street noise.

New unit. Would definitely return!

This is my regular stay in Whitehorse. It is very quiet and the common area kitchen/dinning are exceptional. Close to amenities like fast food restaurants and a super store for groceries. Very personal reception is standard procedure.

My stay was excellent but it may not be suitable for everyone. This is not a hotel...it is a guest house. You get a private room and en suite bathroom, and there is a communal kitchen and dining area. (But what hotel provides you with a kitchen and dining room?). Check-in is rigidly after 3 pm so if you hope to get in sooner, you will not be able to do so.

I stayed here twice this month and both stays were very fine. But note that this is not a hotel; it is a guest house. You get a private room with en suite bathroom, fridge, and access to a communal kitchen and dining area. But no hotel perks. Check-in is rigidly at 3 pm so don't plan to get in earlier.

We were in the annex about 9 blocks from the main building. Just below the big hill in a residential area. 3 rooms up, 1 on main floor Pros: short walk to downtown. Full kitchen, well equipped for guests to share Good shower Clean Black out curtains Ample street parking Cons: Room ok only 1side of queen bed has a bedside table no air conditioning. It was 25 and the upper floor room was hot. The top of the hill is the runway. Lots of airplane noise We were there just after summer solstice so it was light outside till very late. Had to keep window open to get air flow but the neighbours across get home after midnight and party till after 3 outside No personality or flavour of the area. No housekeeping

This property takes inspiration from hostels with a full kitchen on the premises but up to date furnishings and clean rooms. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you see a little more flavor of Whitehorse. We walked to Main/Front Street areas easily. The property provides good value.
