This is a very nice, new hotel. Makayla, the night desk person was very helpful. We needed to shorten our stay due to road construction between the hotel and airport. She was very accommodating.
When booking, I didn't realize there is an indoor swimming pool. I am chemically sensitive and needed to wear mask in the hallways due to the chlorine. The pool access is directly across from the elevators which carries the fume to every floor. We were on the 4th floor. The odor did not get in our room, and was quite comfortable, but I did have to wear a mask whenever I left the room.

Stayed here to visit family in Rochester. The drive for daily visits was very convenient. The hotel room was clean, breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Very enjoyable stay.

We was in a handicap room, so it was nice and big. The builtin plug in the tub didn't work. So i bought a white plug to use. The built in one did NOT come out of the tub or go in more. So no tub. I only rented a hotel for the weekend for the tub. The water pressure in the kitchen was a trickle. Took forever to fill the 1 gallon of water for my dogs. Everything else was just fine.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas clean as well. The room we stayed in was not very clean, furniture was stained, crumbs all over the floor, dust on top of fridge and dressers.

I had arrived late and service at this desk was excellent, it was very helpful. The room is very clean and a good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

I was in town for an educational workshop and wanted to stay near the event. The hotel was close to everything I needed. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The surrounding area is lovely and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and local attractions, like Tumwater Falls. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again in the future.

I’m not sure it’s age but it seemed older. It was ok. It was quiet considering the area. Bath tub had stains. I like taking baths and I did not in this tub. Doors had gaps at the bottom, did not like that. Staff was awesome! Sheets had weird stains but I was told it was their detergent. I was given clean sheets to put on if I wanted.

We had a three-night stay in this hotel and had a mixed feeling about this hotel. The first night our rooms were on the top floor and facing the I-5 freeway. The noise is so loud that it feels like cars and trucks running beside your ears. I requested to change rooms for the remaining two nights and successfully changed to the other side of the freeway. And the noise dropped 70%! So I am guessing that they really need to work on the sound-proof issue.

The La Quinta was great overall. The only thing bringing its rating down was the average quality of its provided breakfast.

If you don’t need to be in the city but close to it and on the way to the SEA airport then this is a well priced option.

The hotel team work hard to keep everything running smoothly. The entire place was very clean and well managed, and all of the people were kind and considerate. A little hard to locate the first time, but easy once you know. It felt very safe.

I have stayed at this hotel over the years. There is no doubt that property conditions are deteriorating. Service at front desk is good. I really hope they improve property.
