Great location, staff and accommodations.

Significant freeway noise, elevators out of service.

The actual property was good. Pictures a little deceiving - small pool, no hot tub or sauna, but overall nice rooms and very clean. The hotel is located next to the highway in a wooded area where homeless people are dropped off in the back of the parking lot. They also have rhe workout room facing the parking lot which is not safe and frankly embarrassing.

This was my kid's favorite overnight stay on this 10 day trip

Helpful and friendly front desk

This is a really nice newer hotel. The only downside is really that the lobby food/bar is only open dinner and later and there is no free coffee in the lobby which i would have loved. There is a coffee pot with 2 cups and 2 packs of coffee but i need more. It was very quiet and most of the employees were friendly. I think we would try the hotel next door if we stay in the area again. They had food and coffee and water in the lobby when we checked it out.

One star because it wouldn't let me give no stars. Your Manager and staff were RUDE AND passively subjective and really were unprofessional especially the manager and his assiciate! You will be hearing from my legal council about this stay. And you can tell him all about your reasoning and inability to follow the laws. Your hotel is very beautiful but your staff at the front desk are a bunch of illiterate , unprofessional, idiots !

TV was missing remote so no TV the first night, shower drain didn't work, the roundabout to hotel was confusing unless you know which exit to take because of signage wasn't visible due overgrown plants! Not user friendly at all for a Marriott property!!

We got a deal on this Room for $200. We we both surprised how upscale this hotel was. It even had a large screen TV. With what we can afford they're usually small screen. The room of first rate!

Property and staff were nice. Close driving distance to Capitol and restaurants. You can hear some of the noise if your room faces freeway. Beds were a little too firm for me. My main complaint is the shower design. No door in shower. Water WILL splash all over the floor outside of shower. I noticed same dedign at another Marriot. Just wish they'd retjink their design. Its dangerous to slip when getting out of the shower.

Quick check-in, very nice staff, bed was comfortable. I would have liked to have seen some tea options in my room, not just coffee.

The staff went above and beyond helping my husband fix my wheelchair. They did not have to help….but did. The maintenance man was the one who really helped, but the front desk clerks were kind and helpful as well

Brand new hotel that was very clean and modern. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated and comfortable. Gorgeous hotel both inside and out. Friendly and fast check in! My only criticism is I wish they had a free breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very convenient location to take the SAT the next morning. Great drinks (even had coconut milk!) and breakfast in the morning! Room was big and very comfortable. Sheets were very soft. Loved the pressure in the shower. Drove to Olympia Oyster House for dinner and it was delicious. Highly recommend going there for dinner and walking along the water. Great views.

Good overall value.

Our room has snot all over the window and gum smeared around the door handle and deadbolt on the inside of the room as well as gross spots on the room and bathroom walls that were unidentifiable and several long dark hairs in one of the beds. The room looked like it had received a very quick clean. The biggest frustration was that I had booked a king room with the couch sitting area but on arrival was told that room had been oversold and had to take a double queen with no seeting area. I was traveling with my sister and we were very tired and had wanted to enjoy visiting in our room but had to go down to the hotel lobby instead. Also the food is very expensive and poor quality though the workers were friendly enough.

Exceptional customer service

Everything was wonderful, as this a a new hotel. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool was close due to maintenance.
