Location is very good, close to the beach and the action area! Hotel is cute but it needs maintenance, breakfast was not good!

There was water problems. Shower had a boiling water and cold water didn’t work, then later at night it was opposite. We had to shower with ice cold water. The room and bathroom were very small. This place is nice and everything but it is very very expensive for what it is.

Great location. Really convenient. Parking limited but available when I visited, My Room - Curtains did not keep out street lights. Could do with more plug sockets. Good that it had a fridge, Excellent value for money,

The innkeeper who checked us in was super friendly and the location was amazing. It’s a few minutes walking distance by the beach. Parking was also included in the cost. Would highly recommend it!

The people at the hotel are really welcoming and nice. It's in the perfect location and yet very quiet. Very Clean. As a solo female traveller I highly recommend this hotel.

This comfortable botik hotel’s location is great! It’s extremely near the boardwalk where the restaurants and beaches are. It’s about a mile to the castle. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner speaks some English and was helpful in answering questions I had. Water pressure in shower was great, though being there during winter means I needed to plan my showers around the sun as they have solar heated water. It also means I can’t speak to their breakfasts as they don’t serve them in off season. But there was a wonderful bakery down the street that also served kahvaltı. Would recommend that as well. The hotel has cute wall decorations and was kept very clean. I enjoyed my stay here a lot!

Very limited free parking that we decided not to use since it looked like you could easily be blocked in. There was a paid lot just across the street 40tl for 24h so that was fine. It's definitely clean and a good budget option. The hot water in the shower took 10-15 minutes to work but if that's not something that bothers you then it's fine. Great location!

The hotel is simple and very clean. Staff is friendly. It is in a great location though if you are driving parking is a bit of a pain due to crowded/steep one way streets. I wish I had stayed longer!

You honestly cannot beat this place in terms of price, location, service, cleanliness, etc. It is truly a little gem and the proprietors take such good care of you. I know it’s also advertised as ‘1min to the beach, but it’s more like 10-20 SECONDS’. Also since it sits slightly back you don’t get any noise from the touristy front.

Check in was very simple & staff were friendly and welcoming, I was able to leave my luggage from 10am even though check in was 1pm (they apologised as they had been full the night before, otherwise I’m sure they would have let me check in early) I had a balcony with mountain view which was lovely. The location is superb - two minutes walk to the beach - ten minutes to the town & bus station. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Breakfast is very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel.

Acceptable place for a stay in Bodrum. Staff (husband & wife) were friendly but not chatty, likely due to language barrier. Breakfast was Turkish-style, basic but fine. Rooms could use a bit of TLC - fresh coat of paint and a though cleaning, to start. This is an acceptable, no-frills place to stay in Bodrum. After all, you probably will be outside enjoying the sunshine anyway!

Quiet location with a friendly staff. Room was ok, but very cold at night and hot during the day. I couldn't get the air conditioner to work. The bathroom was a little dirty. There was no elevator and I was impressed by how easily my host threw my suitcase onto her shoulder to take it upstairs. Breakfast was good, albeit small and more bread than anything else.

Very nice welcoming family always willing to help you .We were happy with our room as we were lucky enough to have a balcony and enjoyed watching a bird build her nest in the tree there. We would have liked to stay to watch the egg hatch. Very convenient for the beach front and a pleasant stroll to the buses. Enjoyed the breakfasts . They made a very pleasant change from the Full English<. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Quaint, great value, good location!

Close to all ammenities and facilities including the bus depot. For what you pay I wouldn't go anywhere else it's was an amazing stay.
