Great stay

It was a good stay for my daughter's college graduation not many options in the area and this is probably the best. Several items out of service but all in all it was a good stay.

Everything was good but a little suggestion hair dryers with a little more power would be nice

I was in a room and after I had checked in I noticed that the bathroom shower still had someone’s old wash cloth in it and hair in the shower. I usually always carry extra cleaning supplies so I didn’t make a fuss and this is the first time it’s happened. Not sure what’s going on but the showers is where the most bacteria can hide. Makes me wonder if the sheets were changed.

The front desk was very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and good location.

Nice, clean & fresh. Staff was friendly. Quiet little nights rest.

Very clean! Comfy bed! Even granted an extra hour before checking out because of a wedding we were attending with no charge! Great stay!

Room didnt smell fresh. Mold in the shower and drain broken to the side. In the middle of the night a big bug crawled across the floor, possibly a cockroach?

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful. I wasn’t impressed with the room, it wasn’t very clean. Stains on side of bed and on chair. Bathroom floor dirty. Housekeeping needs some guidance.

Bathroom and entrance floor was wet until it was sticky when it dried. Fire alarm went off at 2am! Asked about it at the front desk and they said it happens every time someone showers without the fan on

Overall an OK stay. Staff was fine and bed wasn’t bad. Hotel had a bad musty smell in the hall (occasionally you could smell it in room). Shower needed some maintenance and extra cleaning. Exterior door at end of hall would not latch if it was not pulled shut.

Very expensive but good night stay, always a plus when we can plug the EV in.

Check in wasn’t as good as it could have been, but most holiday inns don’t have great front desk agents anyway. I waited a while and then when people finally came out of the office they were all grumpy. I actually had to call them out on it. The rooms are ok but the shower is disgusting people. Clean and re-caulk once in a while. Also the sink was plugged up. Come on now. The doors to the rooms slam so hard they wake the dead. Maintenance… adjust the closer on those doors please. No black out shades to the room so I could see headlights from cars and then it was bright in the room first thing in the morning at 6:30. Overall.. not as good as the modern decor suggests.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was honestly the best I have had in a hotel. There were many options. I will stay here again if I travel to Coldwater.

Very pleasant staff, great breakfast. Cleaning was ok in the front lobby area. Lots of missing/mildewed caulk in shower.

The big no no was the most uncomfortable bed. Pillows with absolutely no shape. Mattress hard as a rock.

Room was not vacuumed and had some trash still in it. My king room was not available due to cleaning not done had to be given a queen. No towels in the pool area for guests. Seemed short staffed

I was given an occupiers room. When I went back to the desk. No apologies were given. They were more concerned about me being seen. The hotel smelled like mold and weed. Overall gross

I was traveling with my co-worker. When we went up to our rooms after getting our keys. When she walked into her room it was being occupied and she quickly ran out. The front desk did not act surprised or even apologize. The hotel smelled like pot on our floor and the elevator had an awful smell.

A lot of our county was out of power from an ice storm, and when we showed up for check in, they were swamped. Even so, they managed to help myself and another customer while still answering calls and questions within minutes. The hotel could have been a dump and I wouldn’t have complained because the employees at the desk were fabulous. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean and the pool was great.

The elevator was down, the pool was closed. When yoi walked in the building, there was a strong smell of mildew/mold. The shower had mold around the caulking. The positive was location and staff and that was it. I stayed there in 2019 and it was clean and nice, very disappointed now. Will not stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looked newer and had a good bed, with great sheets, silky smooth. The tub had a little bit of mildew. But, overall it was a great stopover along the interstate.

Everything was great

Comfortable room. Clean hotel. The carpeted floors in our room felt damp --- don't know if they were recently cleaned and that was the cause but overall the room was comfortable. Great beds & pillows!!!

Well, no working ice machines. They had leaked and destroyed the flooring they were in. Why OSB is used as subfloor in construction baffles me. Plyboard would have sacked but not fallen apart when the machines leaked. Anyway, that is minor. Please advertise if the rooms have a Keurig coffee pot in them. If I would have know I would have brought my favorite pods on my trip instead of the dreadful ones in the room. That is minor, but if you are to have coffee pots in the room, why not enough Styrofoam cups and creamer packets. The rooms no longer get refreshed daily so please have enough creamer and supplies in the room. Also associated with the rooms not refreshed daily anymore, please provide a lot more trash space. Those tiny cans do not cut it for a three day stay, let alone a longer one. The internet was a little weak and fairly poor at this location, but "just" useable. Oh an the accessible shower was poor. I could not keep the spray arm in one location and that made showering difficult. The curtain was held on to the wall by adding duck tape to the rod - lol.
