Wasn't easy to find and cleanness could of been bettet

It was in a quiet location

the shower pressure was very more and the beds weren’t very comfortable

The room was clean

I didn't get the room I booked. The guy at the desk didn't care. All he could say was "I don't know" when I showed him the room I reserved. The 3rd floor smelled like pot. It was noisy. I was also charged $20 more for an early check in that I couldn't enjoy due to not getting the room I reserved. We will NEVER go back to this hotel

Breakfast and location were very good. Affordable room rates and very quiet hotel. Pool and fitness rooms had no others using it some of the nights. Clerks and owner are very friendly.

Air and fridge was loud on and off. The pool temperature was cold and needs to be more comfortable for guests. Hotel could of been updated/ modernized.

Outdated, pool was closed and that wasn’t stated on website and the time period for breakfast is too short.

They told me when I went to check in the pool was down and I would get a 100% refund if I canceled and then only refunded me for one night. If I would have known I still had tonpay for one night I would have at least stayed since I was paying for it anyway.

I paid for 2 rooms and they claimed I have only paid for one and refused to give me a refund for the one room and they were very disrespectful about it too

The staff was fine. Not much they could do about the situation that happened with us not getting the road we originally ordered.

We reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, but when we got there, they said we only reserved a standard room and there was nothing they could do about it. Instead, we got a room with a light out and a stinky room.
