The bed frame is terrible, there is no box spring. I stayed in for 3 days I would never go back to this place.

Restaurant not operation, self service b’fast was modest at best! I recommend that the b’fast be offered complementary until a proper menu can be served.

The staff was nice but pool area very very dirty towels everywhere , cobwebs just looked like it’s hasn’t been maintained…dining restaurant was dirty:( trash everywhere on outside area but room was clean and we appreciate that just sad we couldn’t use other amenities

The check-in concierge was very rude and not welcoming. Our exiting concierge was not any better. Our room was a handicap accessible room. The water from the shower leaked into the hallway which made it extremely slippery for anyone walking from the shower. We had a double bed room and we only had 2 towels. When we asked for towels, we were told “yea come get them.” Our room was extremely hot when we walked in. The AC took half the night to cool off. It is Texas in the summer, your rooms should be inviting and not stuffy. The lighting was horrendous and you could not see where you going when you entered the room. The “hearty” breakfast was fake eggs, bacon, sausage and few pasties. We have seen better breakfast options when we didn’t have to pay for breakfast. Very disappointing Holiday Inn. We will not stay again.

Quiet and clean.

Came in for Ls Fest with my kids. Very well up keep hotel. Everything was so clean and felt new. Also was very close to the event

The room was fine. The front desk employees need training. I booked 2 rooms on the same transaction but for some reason they only could see one in their system. She did get me another room at the same rate. It was a 1 night stay. I get an alert from my bank and I have been charged 4 times for these 2 rooms. Went to the desk to speak to someone. Clerk kept saying no I only see one charge. No I'm having to dispute the extra charges for the room. Will not go back. My group had 7-9 rooms. We will not return

Great room and accommodations. I am having medical appointments and I need a handicap accessible bathroom. Everything was just what we needed.

We came for a wedding and our group stayed here close to the venue. Check in was very easy and quick. Our room was NICE and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel 100%

The staff were very nice. They cooked us a prersonal breakfast as there was nothing left when we arrived.

Staff at the front desk n dining area were so accommodating and friendly!!! Had a few glitches with the power in the bath n water pressure but we were only there one night so no biggie!

Location and price with large events in town. Able to go to all the activities with out extra miles to get a great hotel rate.

Location was great for our purposes. Friendly staff on reception (thanks Martin !) and in the dining room (used for 2 dinners as well as breakfast). Only let down was room was not serviced after the first night (3 day stay), and after being done they still missed replacing coffee and cups. That said we will stay here again next visit to this area.

I love the little sink in the room. It helps when you have two ladies getting ready for bed and in the morning getting ready.

Just ok. Definitely needs to updating. Our room could have been cleaner, there was hair all over the sink and back of the toilet that was there when we walked in. Walls pretty thin and could hear people being loud.

This hotel is middle of nowhere. It had a musty smell and the water pressure was nonexistent. Service was good. Too bad the breakfast was extra cost.
