Hotel was clean nice and an great value. Nice pool area.
Restaurant didn't have very good choices to eat but that's not what why I was staying.

The reception was really good, everyone was really nice and kind to us.
The bathroom wasn't clean enough, the shower didn't look clean.

There are no Mats in the shower leaving a very slippery surface due to this I had a hard fall and am in a lot of pain. When I alerted the dest clerk she gave me Tylenol and biofreez but her response to the mat was well we recommend using the towel in the floor which is ridiculous no one should have a Towle on the floor of a shower . I left a statement about the fall and they are supposed to reach out

People next to us stayed up all night and were very loud. Could hear every word they said.Paper thin walls.

The facility cleanliness and the state of some of the furniture/fixture. Needs updating.

The hotel is near the airport. Good for a one night stay. There's a grocery shop, a Starbucks, and two fast food shops at a walking distance from the hotel.
The area is quiet (near a park if i remember).
There was a strange smell in the room from the carpet maybe. The toilet had a trace of pee on the edge (good thing i had sanitizer wipes with me). Also, the hotel charged me 50$ which they said they will give it back on my check out but i couldn't find and they didn't provide any proof that they gave it back.
I've had a better option at same price.

Large and spacious room!
The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut (kept rolling open) and you nearly had to hang from the chain of the Roman shade to open or close it. while the room was quite large it was very sterile with no art or decor on the walls.

Location was great for the event we came to Southlake for ...3 mins away which was great. The lobby was clean and the room was nice except didnt have a microwave but that was ok .
We had to pay for Breakfast Buffett, the advertisement for the property showed free breakfast included with stay at hotel but was $15.97 for 1 , Husband had breakfast everyday, me only once. The hot water at the hotel is very sketchy sometimes you have it other time just cold.

Beautiful hotel and room.
Shower didn't stay hot. Since the shower only had half glass door and the bathroom floor doesn't seal, showering was cold.
