Amazing hotel with the most hospitable staff nothing was too much trouble for anyone we spoke to and the breakfast was incredible.

Our 3rd stay at JW Marriott Dubai. Perfect downtown location. First class service and amenities. We will of course be returning

The hospitality

Everything was lovely. The staff were very helpful and my stay was perfect.

When we checked in they told us to pay 260 for wifi and all the amenities in the room, including breakfast, we paid mostly for breakfast, but when we left they charged us 76 for breakfast, and the truth is we didn't like it because they told us it was already included, also the minibar and the cocktails with open bar, we didn't like the cocktails very much maybe it was that we didn't make the appropriate choice for our taste, we also had the bad luck that when we went the pool, the spa and the gym were under renovation and we couldn't use them we had to walk 10 minutes to another hotel they had. We believe that with all those problems they shouldn't have charged us so much, they should have given us a discount for the inconvenience, but the people were all very kind we have no complaints about that.

Will use again for corporate travel

Good location, seems that property been refurbished. Great staff. Cleanliness could be better, mattress cover had stains (accidentally pulled out the cover while pulling out the duvet as it was tucked in) and it had a big brown stain. Not great.

room was not ready when i booked in at 3pm messy (potentially dirty) bathmat in bathroom no TV remote - had to request difficult to get hold of concierge, had to ask for room service and they were rude about being the wrong people to contact poor dining experience on terrace noisy visitors at 1.30 am in corridor someone had eaten part of an apple and thrown it down the corridor this was there in the morning requested a slightly later departure and initially refused

Not worth the money in my opnion

Everything was wonderful, staff, Clean, cafeteria, all very polite and attentive. I will say though that the mattress felt old and lumpy, so did the pillows.

One word: Fantastic! Especially the breakfast staff.

Expected more from a 5-star. Entry to lobby, there was works going on and sanding the ceiling with dust falling on us. The room itself was ok, clean, the shower flooded after about 2 mins which was quite bad, walking in a mini pool in hotel shower is never fun. Bedding was good. Gym is lacklustre, barely any equipment, sauna small. Pool was ok again quite small, but well maintained. I wouldn’t stay again to be honest, there are better 4 star hotels.

The hotel discriminated people based on their look even when spending over £200 to stay at their hotel. When speaking to the management there only response was we will give 30% off if you book with us again. Given the vile and disgusting way we were treated I would highly advise people to avoid, especially given all the other options available in London

Lovely hotel in good location with 2 underground’s close by. Comfortable room and bed and breakfast was excellent. Price in downstairs bar was good but disappointing there was a private function there on Friday evening and residents couldn’t use the bar when we got in. We had to go back out to a local pub. Prices in rooftop bar are extortionate at £7.88 for half a beer. I refused to pay it as that is well over priced!!

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooftop bar was incredible. Breakfast buffet was really lovely. Spa facilities were great. The steam room was sadly out of order for the duration of our stay and the gym could benefit from a greater variety of equipment eg free weights. Overall it was a really lovely stay.

Television, phone, and elevator all broke during my stay but were promptly fixed. I miss the morning club brrakfast. The bed was rather lumpy but not unbearable. The staff made all the difference. They all work very hard to make me feel at home. Daniel especially is a very hard worker and went above and beyond for me.

Very nice property in a great location

Arrived at 6.10pm room was not ready although can check in from 3, long queues in reception, when we got room was not what i paid for. Got moved rooms again to another room which was still incorrect but gave up. Staff tried hard but badly orgiansed wont stay there again.

Overall the hotel felt more 4 than 5 star. The bathrooms need updating/refreshing. The lobby was lovely and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs.

Hi, on arrival checking in we were not advised that use of the spa & pool would be unavailable after check out. This was very disappointing to discover when we checked out as this being a first trip away after having a baby and the hotel was booked with the use of the spa & pool in mind. We checked in at 3pm and we’re clearly dressed for the Taylor Swift concert, therefore would be heading straight out of the hotel and not returning until late that evening. Had we have been advised that the use of spa & pool would only be up until check out the next morning, we would have done this & used facilities. We also shared that we would be happy to change in the toilets after using the facilities and would leave our luggage in the bag store but was refused by the spa receptionist. This has truly ruined what was meant to be a great night away to relax.
