The Breakfast Buffet is fabulous! I usually don’t go to those, but yours is quality so thank you very much. You know everyone was friendly so that was nice! Much appreciated.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen area is also a nice amenity. I can’t speak to how well it was stocked with dishes and such, because I only used the fridge.

It was a great stay- excellent staff and great room. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast was very good- nice selection and comfortable seating.

A very well appointed hotel, close to highway with easy parking.
We benefitted from the Wednesday evening 'Social' during which I chatted to the chef, Richard. He was a great guy.
The room was large, the bed comfy and the bathroom good and clean.

Great room, decently priced. My daughter and I stayed for the Ginormous Pumpkin Festival. We chose based on location and were not disappointed. Would only have been better if there had been a 2 bed suite available.
Only complaint was our bathroom sink did not drain.

The place was very nice. The only complaint I would have is the eggs at breakfast, hard boiled and scrambled, were not good. They tasted spoiled. Otherwise, great place!

Nice hotel conveniently located to main highways and city primary streets. Housekeeping was very attentive and willing to go the extra effort to provide specific requested items. My only complaint was the kitchen was poorly equipped for example nothing to wash or rinse dishes and cookware. Otherwise great bathroom & shower and bed was also very comfortable.

I stayed here for Rockfest. It was very comfortable, quiet, and had everything one could need or want. I was super happy with the amenities and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and very nice. However the gentleman that checked me in was rather cold & rude. I did ask if there was a problem because of his attitude but he quickly switched up his demeanor at that point.

This was a great stay. Highly recommended we flew from virginia and i will say we will be staying here everytime. Friendly staff. Great house keeping. Breakfast pool hot tub court yard for entertainment and relaxing very highly satisfied!! Oh and not to forget free laundry how can you get any better than that

We enjoyed our stay while in town for Eau Claire Marathon weekend. Very close to downtown Eau Claire - only complaint was the cleanliness of the pull out sofa. Lots of hairs on it but there were clean linens to put on it - must have just been overlooked.

The hotel itself was superb, but we also loved the River Prairie neighborhood. Such a thoughtful, well-designed development.

Staff was not friendly when we checked in.
Heater in our room was very loud in our room.had the worst night of sleeping, was up all night. Traffic was also loud we were facing a very busy highway.

The room was amazing, we felt like we had our own apartment for the weekend. Would recommend for sure! Everything g was clean and neat, the hotel was great. The breakfast had so many options, even for my Mediterranean diet. It was a great stay. We are local to the area, so we will definitely be recommending our friends and family stay there.
