Exactly what we needed. Plenty of room and located near Monash uni where we went to the Open Day. Very helpful staff.

As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. please dont tick the box for parking as parking is included in the price. Staff were confused when i said that i paid extra for a carpark. Staff stated it automatically is included. NOT HAPPY HOTELS.COM😡

Stayed in a 2 bed/2 bathroom deluxe apartment. Felt really small compared with photos online. Overall apartment felt a little tired, scuff marks all over the walls, paint chips, dining table badly damaged, carpet pretty dirty. I probably expected more given the price point and the website photos.

Very Quiet, lovely view of grassed sporting field
With trees around it . Kitchen was vey well equipped for meal cooking with dishwasher .
Only complaint would be the quality of the sleeping pillows .

Everything is great staying at Clayton Service apartment. Only thing to comment is that the housekeeping is only done once a week . So if u are staying for 4 days , there will be no housekeeping thru out your stay

It is close to Monash university which was the reason of coming to Melbourne to attend graduation. No clear instruction of how to get the keys despite promised email with instruction 1 day before arrival. Also not clear how to get in the underground car park without remote fob when arrive after hours. Car park had a break in during my stay with police attending - presume broke into security storage cages. Thank goodness my car was not broken into or vandalised.

Nice quiet location, close to big shopping centres. Little out of the way for activities to keep kids entertained. The bedrooms are very crammed no room, the living area was crammed one small sofa x2 seats for a family of 6, no cleaning products supplied (vacuum, sweeping brush) Nice clean building from the outside good parking.

The apartment was quite dirty, the bed sheets has stains on them, The bathroom amenities was bad quality, The toothbrush holder was disgusting. Toilet has poo splatter stains around the toilet bowl. Floor was very dusty and dirty. some furniture are so worn..

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable . It’s also close to Monash hospital bout 5min drive but if walking it’s about 40-45min walk. Will definitely come back it exceeded my expectations for sure. Amazing place.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. Only negative comment is when we checked in, we found the floor mat draped over the bath towels on the towel bar. It would be more hygienic if housekeeping placed the floor mat separately from the bath towels, perhaps over the shower screen.

I stayed here for a total of 11 nights and unfortunately the room was cleaned only 1 day before we left. On TOP of that I was emailed that I will be charged 20 dollars on the card on record as the apartment is expected to be fully cleaned up when we leave. So basically there is nothing “serviced” about it. It’s basicallly a nice clean unserviced apartment.

The property was good for a short quick stay. The hallways smelled os smoke and other odors. The apartment was mostly clean there was a lot of dust though. We were there for two nights and we were not in apartment much so it was good for the reason we were there which was to sleep.

Lovely people to deal with again, but very disappointing that when we arrived back at room Christmas Eve the tv didn't work at all and there were no toiletries!!!! Very disappointing for a room of this standard. No one available as it was Christmas Eve and no shops open . We had to borrow 1 body wash for the 2 of us from relative in another room.

The location of the property was ideal for someone working/studying at Monash University - The apartment was very well equipped, clean and tidy but was starting to look a little used in places with numerous marks and scuffs on the walls - it would benefit from a coat of paint in places
