Unforgettable stay at Eden Selva, the hotel has a one of a kind charm. Clean, spacious rooms with Stunning mountain views. Situated in Val Gardena with a practical ski in/ski out access. The hotel had a ski room with lockers (boots heaters!!!) to store our equipment. The hot tub and sauna were very much welcomed after a day skiing in the Dolomiti. Few shops and restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel.

Outstanding modern design and attention to detail. Hotel owner was incredibly kind. All staff were polite and helpful. Overall, tremendous experience.

This boutique hotel really live up to the high expectation. The service and hospitality is warm and attentive. The property amazingly kept and the spa was just a bonus after a long day of hike / climbing in the mountain. Will definitely come back.

Service was exceptional

Very nice hotel, and the staff and the hotel managers are extremely helpful and kind. We travel a lot, and this is probably one of the place with the best service we have stayed, and where you really feel welcome and at home. For example we had our own table in the restaurant during our stay.

1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then have our own sauna time, which was already 7:50. We just have 10mins to enjoy before the sauna closed!! Borrowed from Japanes style Onsen, why can't the sessions to be separated to individual men/ women and combined session such that everyone would able to enjoy with peace of mind. - outdoor spa were too close to the carpark and public road and have 0 privacy. Suggest to enclose it with more high and dense shrubs. - outdoor spa have too many people but too small. Other than the wellness facilities, we are very pleased for all the service especially the warm welcoming from the receptionist and the fresh and wide variety of breakfast.
