On top of a hospital and shared facility. Close to the America's shopping malll and American restaurants and Sam's club. The oly draw back of this hitel is its only 2 floors and it shares the building with the hospital. But you get underground free parking and your right in the middle of everything. You also get a view of the city as hotels floors are 14 and 15.

It’s basically a hospital with a hotel on the top floor. The room was nice but the AC did not work, they only have electricity outlets in one section of my room and calling the desk did not work at 7 am. The water also tasted weird and I did not enjoy my night. I was up by 4 am because I could not deal with the heat.

This property is excellent if you have someone being cared for as we had at Victoria Medical which is in the same building.

What a view and location. Only draw back is it's anointed with a hospital and at times the elevator situation getsva little choatic. Nut next to America's shopping mall and Sams and other American stores and restaurants

Great stay, the room was really comfortable and the pool deck is very pleasant. Facilities are very complete and maybe the bathroom (where the toilet is) is a little bit tight but is not a big issue. You share the elevator with hospital clients but it´s also not a big issue. I will return to this place with no doubt.

Good hotel, very comfortable room and attention from employees is great. The pool and upper deck is very pleasant and room view is awesome. The only inconvenient is that it is inside a hospital but I did not had any problem with that. I would stay again here if I come back to Morelia.

Horrible place, dirty, small, noisy. With this pandemic going on and this hotel seats on top of a busy hospital, sharing the tiny lobby with them. The personal is excellent though, it’s the only good thing in this Hotel/hospital.

The Hotel sits on top of Hospital Victoria but that doesn't deter from the noce rooms and location. Not to mention parking is in a garage with valet parking. Onlybdrop back is they don't have own restaurant but everything is close. They also have a laundry service just wish they kept bag and prices in closet. You'll have a 14 and 15 story view of the city and pool so why complain.

Location and attention to detail by staff. Used laundry services clothes done same day smelling beautiful. Just wish they had prices and bag in closet. Had issues with thermostat taken care of asap same with leaking shower head. Judith' the receptionist is a joy and is on top of everything. The fact that the hotel is on top of a hospital does not detour from sight and location. Stay here anytime.

Everything was great except that there is no breakfast (no room service, breakfast at the restaurant, or any kind) until 8:00 am. I needed to leave for a meeting earlier so I couldn't have anything to eat. I think it is important to have some sort of service earlier, for the people who can't wait until 8.

Front desk should have English speaking people. I couldn't communicate with them at all and it was very annoying.. Also, the hotel part is the top 2 floors of a hospital and office space building and there isn't a dedicated elevator for the hotel guests. I waited upwards of 10-15 minutes at times to get on an elevator and once on it, it would stop at every floor regardless of whether or not people were waiting to get on or off each floor. Just the elevators alone is enough for me to not stay there again.

The hotel is nice and prices are good, the only problem with it is that the building is a hospital also so they divided the floors I think it goes all the way to 15 or 17 floors so the hospital is only from 1-4, the other thing is our taxi couldn't find the hotel because they all know that is a hospital we kept going around in circles the hotel needs to promote their entrance or name in front of the building. The other cons of these place is that they don't have a kitchen or in-room service of their own in the night their service is until 3pm after that the restaurant outside the hotel next to it takes over they have a menu if they don't just request one, the restaurant is a nice and the food is good, also the other thing I didn't like is like around 11pm my A/C stop working I kept turning the temperature down and it would work until the morning it started working again, and than I had a water leak in the windows seal the metal frame of the windows had a hole and you had rain outside and drops of water inside. Other than that is not bad view they have confortable beds and rooms are nice , clean and spacious the bathrooms have double sinks and nice views of the city plus a pool in the roof. I would like to stay there again if I go they just need to put More time to get those things fix.

As a last minute booking, I found out at arrival that this hotel is co-shared with a hospital (Same building, same elevators). Check-in was ok, although the reception desk is also shared with the hospitals check in. As you walk into the lobby the hospital look is overwhelming. Once checked in, the elevators are used for both guests and patients. Stops are made on the hospital floors on the way up to the hotel floors which are the top floors. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Some small details were missing from the rooms. Internet did not work during my whole stay. there were no clothes hangers in the closets and when asked, the staff brought me some regular dry cleaners wire hangers. Dining options are limited. You can eat in the lobby but there are not enough adequate tables and chairs to seat at...there is always room service and outside seating is available weather permitting. New adjacent restaurant opening soon.
