Staff was very welcoming and also super helpful. They helped us navigate the city on a map and also called a taxi for us for the airport, and helped us with our luggage. Rooms were spacious and clean. Area surrounding hotel wasn’t the nicest or cleanest but still felt safe.

We loved our stay! We had very good communication leading up to arriving and were greated so warmly on arrival. The place is even better than the photo's and so many little details have been added to make our stay pleasent, such as a clothes line and herbal teas in our room. The terrace is amazing and so is breakfast. We want to say a big Grazie to everyone working here for being so friendly and helpful!! Also it's in a fantastic location!!

We had a perfect stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were always polite and extremely helpful. One of our best stays ever!

Have to try to consider in the context of the price but still not a good choice. Odd entrance that is hard to locate. Room was right beside the "front desk", bad bed, bad pillows, bad sheets, air conditioning only goes down to 23 degrees. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Vito is a great host! From mapping our activities, booking reservations at great restaurants, helping with our luggage ( note: no elevator), everything was made easier. Location was excellent! Right at the center of all the tourist landmarks and activities. Everything was within walking distance. Property was clean and updated. Rooftop breakfast was outstanding. Thank you for making our Palermo experience a huge success.

Great location in heart of old town palermo. Location hard to find as no signage. If cabbie had not carried bags to door we might not have found! Staff was very friendly and helpful. No elevator so 40 to 60 steps up to lobby and 3rd floor. Nice patio for breakfast with a view over the rooftops and large comfortable room.

Wonderful and charming little hotel RIGHT in the center of Palermo. Just a stone’s throw from La Martorana, San Cataldo, Quattro Canti, etc. The rooftop terrace where you have breakfast is lovely and sunny, with a splendid view. Although they didn’t have boiled eggs, the breakfast was plentiful and good. We booked a room on a lower floor that looked out into a light shaft. Consequently, it was rather dark and chilly. Ideal in the summer, but in spring a bit chilly. Ask for a room on the upper floors if possible. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk provided us with lots of tips and recommendations (the pasticerria in the monastery!!) The breakfast staff were friendly and engaging, the cleaning staff very thorough. Thank you!

The location was very good. Sightseeing and restaurants on walking distance. The staff of the hotel was very service minded and polite. The trainstation was on walking distance.

In the heart of everything! Minerva Relais was very clean, excellent management, details matter: snacks upon arrival, croissants in the morning, robe and slippers … :)

The place could not be located in a more convenient spot! You can walk anywhere in 30’. Staff is excellent, clearly very proud of their job, knowledgeable and super helpful. Rooms are basic, but bed is comfortable, bathroom very functional. The terrace is magnificent and we had a great view from our room as well. There is no elevator: so keep that in mind. The building is old and there are obvious signs of the humidity staining ceiling etc. but the heating/ac system is great to reduce humidity in room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Terrific place all around. Nice people, centrally located (in an old city, I could see how parking could be a challenge… but that’s part of the experience). Breakfast views are amazing. Our second stay, and I’d go back for a third one.

We could see very beautiful city view and we could eat wonderful breakfast. We want to came back again. And stuffs are so friendly.

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed with any of their recommendations. We would certainly go back, if our paths lead us to Palermo again.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. During our first night we had a minor emergency but the owner of the place took really good care of us. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the view from the terrace and the location were all excellent.

The owners & staff were fabulous going the extra mile each & everyday. Property located close to many historical & cathedrals surrounding property. Breakfast on Terrance was relaxing & just enough fuel to start your day. We would definitely stay here again, even with the daily stair climb. Emiliano & Barbara were gracious host always helpful cheerful interactions.

The hotel is centrally located and accesible from the bus and train station . The breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. One thing is that if you book the limone room and you are any taller that 5'11 you may have an issue in the shower as it is quite small. But will definitely recommend and may stay again for our next visit to Palermo.

Just what we were looking for. Good traditional accommodation with a fabulous terrace. Lovely central location with many of the historical sites within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend if you are looking for something more traditional.

The view from the terrace was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, lots of variety, savoury and sweet. Range of tea, coffee and juice. Staff very polite and very friendly. I would've hesitate in staying here. Fantastic location, everything within walking distance. 10 minute walk to the train & coach station.

Lovely stay for 6 nights. Would recommend highly - exellent breakfast, really helpful courteous hosts, nice comfortable room and fabulous location in the heart of the historic centre. It had a lovely authentic feel (hence the steps) .Personally we loved the experience of opening the big front door and entering into a beautiful expansive property. The view on the Terrace is stunning Thank you for making our stay so memorable x
