Great getaway the staff and Erica is nice best place in Branson

I’ve been staying there for up to 3 times a year for the last 13 years. The salty dog bar and restaurant staff is a laughing stock. Service is slow, not enough people working, staff don’t no what they are doing. Out of food and drink all the time!!!!! The new owner’s are ruining stormy point!!!!! Every 3-6 months there’s new employees witch is a reflection on management!!!!!!!!! I no many other couples that feel the same way.

Beautiful well kept facility

We had Lakeside 1103 connecting 1104 units. Key would not open 1103. After over a hour wait for maintenence, we advised the gentleman to just open the connecting door and we left for a promised evening at SDC. We returned 4 hours later only to find our unit left completely open for anyone to go into. Very upsetting! On our second night, security POUNDED on our doors stating there was a disturbance call. Our entire group was sound asleep. This was at approximately 10:30. Dont pound on doors, CALL first. 2 women and 2 kids, we are not going to open door without kniwing who is outside. We did call the customer service desk to find out who was beating on the door. Several outlets did not work, no stopper for soaking tub. Property and amenities were awesome, just had some issues.

We liked that it was an apartment but extremely disappointed that it turned out to be a timeshare. I wanted a nice hotel and didnt want to be bothered. We did not take them up on the tour.

Condo was nice, very comfortable and included all you needed. The pools were nice, but small considering all the people on the property- it was crowded and difficult to swim. Nice that there was a restaurant on site

This is owned by a “vacation club” so prepare yourself for a pitch to go where they offer you things to try to sell you “ownership” in their vacation club…. It’s 2 hours and you can get free stuff… lol. But it was annoying because were just trying to get our parking pass. Additionally, we had a family cancer emergency and tried desperately to change the date of our trip to no avail. Hotels.com SAID they reached out to company and the company wouldn’t respond, which speaks volumes for the “vacation club” and their customer service … if that’s true. Either way, we even provided a doctors note, which they asked for, to no help. We spoke with several different people via phone/email/chat and everyone “escalated” the request but never to any avail. We just kept telling the same story and asking for a reschedule to any date … we were open to any dates honestly. The club never had our info as a reservation and one hotels.com customer service person even told us it has been cancelled - we ended up going, and weren’t even sure we’d have a room. We did but that’s strange they didn’t have any record of it, even the day we called to find out where to check in…. The instructions for where to check in were lacking in the email we got from hotels.com - no info and this place is big! Kids loved the pool, but IMHO not worth the price of this place (we paid a premium price compared to other 3-4 star hotels in the area)… Our pull out sofa still had the prior guests sheets on it :(

Our 2nd time staying here and we love the property! The only downfall this trip was that the adult pool was closed 2 days.

Booked on expedia not knowing it was a time share that wanted you to tour for 2 hours. Not on Expedia shoudnt happen

As a family of 5, having more than one bedroom and a kitchen is a must. The soaker tub and pool is an added bonus. Amazing price for all the amenities and comfort we had for our stay.

Check in instructions were unclear. We had to drive around until we figured it out. The room was very nice…but the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were super thin. I’d recommend people bring their own pillows. Would stay here again. Thankful that nobody asked us to suffer through a timeshare presentation.

Loved the place. Didn't realize it was a time share place though. I don't like being hounded after checking in about joining a time share.

In Branson for a baseball tournament. Check in took way too long as they try to suck you in to a time share preview. They will charge your credit card to "hold" your place. Your card is charged whether you show up or not. DO NOT sign up for this preview. The property we stayed in was the Lakeside property, which is definitely an after thought for the whole resort. It's outside the security gate by the lake and boat dock. The resort does not have boats to rent but you can go swim near the dock. The rooms were pretty good, a little dirty (floors and showers) but the beds were so uncomfortable, we ached everyday and were there for 5 days! The restaurant/bar by the pool had only 2 people working and one had zero customer service skills. If at Lakeside, you have to drive to get anywhere in the resort because you are outside the security gate and down the hill. I would not choose this resort again.

This was a great property to experience. We were pleased with our choice.

First off, this building is not in the gated community. It is off to the side and down the hill. So you can not walk to any of the activities. You have to get in your car and drive through the security gate. And when you check into this they send you over to a guy for your parking permit and he's the Timeshare pusher. He will harass you the whole time you stay. Then you get to your room and realize that you are not in the gated community. You are in a boat storage parking lot. We could hear EVERYTHING through our walls. We had to listen to convos and people walking around from the other rooms.This is one tiny building that is off by itself. When you pull up to the check in you see all of these beautiful cottages and you think to yourself how nice this place is until you have to actually leave the area and go down a hill to this tiny stand alone building outside of everything. I think they use this small building as a lure to get people in so that they can push their timeshare onto you. I would rather stay at a crappy hotel than to stay here again. I've stayed at a lot of places, even in disney world. But this place is by far the worst.

Great clean condo! Nice view of water. Close to town but also far enough away to relax

This was an absolutely beautiful property with excellent views. We loved it so much that we booked it again for Sept.

This is a time share! It was not advertised as such. The property managers were clearly disappointed that we did not listen to their sales pitch. Very cheesy!

Beautiful views of the lake. Room was nice, full kitchen, good TV and fireplace, walls a little thin. Only issue was shower was small, but very nice soaker tub. The service at the restaurant was slow and the bar was not fully stocked.

The resort was wonderful, the staff didn't seem too happy to be there but other than that everything was good. After you check in you must go to the concierge to get your parking pass, they will practically beg you to take the timeshare presentation. I recommend that you don't take the bait.

This condo was spacious, clean and like new. A good value, it has a partial lake view. Tastefully appointed and decorated, the bathroom is large with 2 washstands and sinks, a shower booth and a cast iron traditional tub. 2 LED TVs and internet provided. Offset from Branson and a little difficult to find, particularly after dark. Don't leave garbage out too early, wild animals will forage and feast.

This is a wonderful place to stay I recommend to anyone clean and everything you have at home is here

The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen faucet was very loose, we were afraid to use it. Also, the occupants upstairs were very loud all through out the night. Other than that, it was a great experience, and the staff was excellent.

Resort was nice, friendly staff, wish there was more activities but due to covid it is understandable.

The experience was great. The condos are a little off of the resort which I thought would be an inconvenience however it was not at all. The condo is beautiful and the bathtub... wow. We truly loved the condo. The checkin process was easy, I will say you do not get any checkin instructions but you go to the front desk for that. Truly impressed with our experience.

Our condo was just as cute as the pictures indicated. It was also really clean. We used the fold out couch in the living room and I didn't see a crumb or speck of dust inside the couch! The kitchen appliances are nice and high quality. We had a difficult time finding the resort and found the location to be a bit cumbersome when driving to and from Branson. A couple more amenities would have made the drive more worth it.

Wonderful, room clean, will come back !
