Excellent facility and staff!

Our stay was lovely. The AC was a treat during a heat wave and our pup felt very welcomed

We appreciated the cleanliness and the updated decor. Our room had everything we wanted. However, the gym did not open until 8 am and many travelers who exercise want a 6 am opening at the latest. I ended up leaving without my morning exercise. The coffee in the in-room coffee maker overflowed the cup. This caused a big mess and spoiled an otherwise perfect stay.

Well maintained and clean. Excellent service, respectful and professional at the reception. Strongly recommended.

Great spot to stay in Dieppe. Was disappointed that the majority of the gym equipment was in disrepair and the technology in the room was inoperable. Calls to the front desk about same lead nowhere.

The property is very well kept. The staff is friendly and polite. We felt safe in the area and had no concerns about our vehicles overnight.

The hotel was really pretty and the staff was really nice but there was a strong smell in our room. They said its because they had just wash the carpet and the room needed to air out but the smell was so steong and didnt smell clean, more like throw up or even worst. Windows would not open to air out and door wouldnt stay open either...if it is cleaning prodcuts they need to find better ones

This was our last stay before heading home and found the hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was the nicest of the 6 we stayed at, huge bathroom, great shower. We left too early to have the chance to sample the breakfast, but am sure it would have been great as well. The front desk clerk we had in the morning was very friendly and talked with us while we were waiting for our cab to show up.

Everything was good

We only stayed one night, but it was clean and everyone was very friendly. Only downside was the parking situation, we had to park down the block unless we wanted to pay extra to park underground. Good comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Would stay again

Worst service i have ever received. I walked in to the hotel as usual, went to check in with the girl at the counter and she proceeded to tell me that i needed to be 20 years old to check in to the hotel, i then told her that i’ve checked into the hotel before, multiple times this year, while being 19 years old (province law states 19 in New-Brunswick) i asked to speak with the guy in the office, and he said that they recently changed the rule, but it seemed like they just pulled the story out of nowhere. Even if it is a new rule, province law is 19 regardless. Wyndham is one of two hotel I stay in when i visit moncton, but today was the last time. If the new ‘’rule’’ is true, then it should be stated on the hotel website or when you purchase the room with Expedia because it still says 19. I won’t be staying with this hotel anymore, but i just wanted to make sure that the management knows that if this rule isn’t true, that their employees are coming up with fake rules to deny check-in’s.
