Construction and loud at night

C'est juste la rénovation mais nous en avions été avisé.

Tout était bien

Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast. Room was very small and over crowded. We were unable to sit during breakfast and ended up going back to the room. We ate at 7:30 am.

Liked the breakfast included, lots to choose from

that I got lucky enough that i was able to get 2 ajoining rooms last minute. our airbnb got canceled that am and my family of 8 were stranded. Breakfast staff and check-in staff were extremely helpful.

There was a leak in the hallway in the ceiling on the main floor walking towards our room, My dad informed a staff member. the vent room 143 bathroom was not working properly, and the bathroom stayed wet most of the time after the shower. I understand that I went to Moncton, and it is a bilingual place, but sadly, communication with the maid service was difficult. I dont speak French, and she didn't speak English. I tried 2 different maids. I am also not sure why one room was more expensive than the other when both were the same side by side. the ac unit is loud

close to hospital. easy to find. clean. staff pleasant and helpful. breakfast was A-1.

couldn’t plug the bathtub. needed to soak in bath due to surgery. also I booked at 109$ when I looked at my receipt the basic price was 115$. that I really don’t like. I’m a cancer patient and have lots of expenses.
