The small things… We bought some cheese and the staff let us store it in a fridge for a few hours. In general excellent service! Next time same hotel!

Didn’t receive room upgrade.
Gym was too small.
Not maintained.
No waters in the gym, in the morning until complaints.
Staff were very nice. Front desk. Cleaners.
Breakfast was nice.

Excellent hôtel with top quality staff who made our stay the most pleasant it could be.
Special thanks to Suchel, Denis, Nayu, Susana, Maxime and Jose Filipe at the bar, restaurant and front desk, who were very warm, kind and responsive to all our needs. We will definitely return there when next we are in Marseille.

It’s very neat and clean! It’s convenient to go sightseeing or shopping. The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the front reception desk people.

The property is really well located being close to the port as well as the Les Terrases Mall. The room and hotel was also extremely clean, however post 7pm the staff didn’t answer the phone not just for room service but also to ask about available cab services to the airport

One of rooms had no air conditioning working and the front of house to begin with unhelpful and arrogant

Very nice room, very clean, and spacious. The only restaurant on site served a very limited menu, and one person to service the entire restaurant. I will say that the food was good although they were out of a lot of the things that were on the menu.

As an Expedia gold member I was not offered either of the benefits that were listed with my booking. The hotel is very central, it is comfortable and the staff, particularly the young lady who was working on reception on Saturday were exceptional and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant in the hotel was not open as I didn’t want to go out on my own, but the bar snack I was served was very tasty. The location is central and the property is very pleasant. Very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom.

Very clean, well cared for. Hotel is still under construction. Not near any restaurants, cafes. Those that are close are a little down at the heel. Restaurant in hotel is ok.

The beautiful hotel did not fit in with the area. I would stay closer to the water next time as that area seemed better. Hotel was a gem and amazing. Just the area not ideal for visitors.

We had no hot water, but were not informed when we checked in. The manager at that time was VERY accommodating and kind and helped us out.
The room was awful. It was sterile, almost hostile, in the way it looked. Stark and bare and just pushed us out as soon as possible. No one would like it in that space. The noise from the street, garbage collectors at 10:30 pm and street cleaners at 6 a.m. made it impossible to sleep for any significant amount of time. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone although the staff was very nice.

Very nice hotel within walking distance from the train station. All staff kind and welcoming. Everything very clean and new.

Restauant had group and was closed to others - room service was then required, it was just OK. AC did not work because either the hotel is in 'heat' mode or 'AC' mode depending on the time of the year and the room was hot so sleeping was miserable.

Excellent stay ! Great staff , room was large and great view of main cathedral. Easy walk to main port. Great breakfast! 10 minute walk to train station.

really excellent hotel clean service excellent, supportive and helpful staff, no complaints, will use next time, upgraded our room.

We moved multiple times during a three day stay as some rooms are very noisy with trams and cars passing directly in front all night. Courtyard rooms are quiet but the courtyard is very small hence lower floor rooms are very dark with little daylight.
