Very NICE! Our family came from several towns and stayed at this beautiful property. To our pleasant surprise it was even decorated for the Holiday and Beautiful! The Hostess was very kind and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Here are some of the issues we encountered.
We were charged extra as we had 8 people staying there even though it was listed as accommodating up to 14 people. That being said, there was not even enough silverware for more than 5 people.
The home was not clean. We had to wipe down the bedside tables which were very dirty. The shower curtains desperately need replaced as have lots of soap scum and even mildew.
We were not able to use the bathroom in the basement as there was a terrible odor coming from the bathroom. There is also a hole in the ceiling of that bathroom. The floors were also dirty and we had to vacuum the rugs before using the bedrooms.
There are no smoke detectors in the basement (there are 2 bedrooms). There is no carbon monoxide detector in the home. Nebraska state regs state that if there is an attached garage (which there is) there needs to be a carbon monoxide detector.
This home was not worth the cost.

Kelly was super easy to get in contact with and communicated clearly and timely with the team! She as super accommodating, and the house fit our needs perfectly having so many people!

I can’t say enough to state what a nice property this was. The pictures just don’t do it justice it is so much nicer in person! And they were so accommodating! We had some family and a few friends over for my son’s graduation and they provided an 8ft table and extra chairs to help us out! Worked out perfectly to have the food and cake in the garage area. I haves shared the listing with friends to do the same for next year! It was so great! Thank you so very much!

We brought our club volleyball team for a team bonding night. There was plenty of room for nine teenage girls and three moms. The house was clean and in a great neighborhood. The owner, Kelly, was so helpful from booking to check out. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this house just one night on our way to Colorado - loved the size and that it accommodated our large group! Lots of beds for everyone and the 3 queen room was great!

We rented the property to host Thanksgiving dinner for family in Kansas. Hastings was about half way. Never thought I would be able to find such a nice place in the location we needed. Thank you to the property owner for having this space and appointing it with such nice furniture and amenities. We will recommend to others who need a place to stay in the area.

They are still finishing the flooring downstairs but we knew that going in. The only suggestion I would have is to have more of an equipped kitchen. We had the necessities but extras would have been nice. Like a knife set or wine opener or measuring cups. It is a new rental and I'm sure those things will come in time. We did enjoy it and the owners tried hard to get the ping pong table in for our visit. Much appreciated!! Thank you.

We had 3 adults staying for 2 nights to attend the Husker Harvest Days. The property was perfect for our group as there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and we each had our own space. The location was very convenient as it was on the north end of town and close to Starbucks and other shops/food, etc. The house was so clean and new, we felt like we were the first ones to stay there. They had super fast internet and TV's in every room. They layout would also suit parents upstairs and kids downstairs - each with their own space. I would highly recommend this rental when staying in Hastings.
