This is the best hotel I have stayed at. I return to this one every time I am near it. The staff is amazing, super friendly and is always treating you like royalty. The rooms, pillows and beds make me want to never leave.

We chose EB for the convenience to the airport. They sent an email ahead of time to ask if we needed transportation. After clearing customs and retrieving our luggage, the driver was waiting for us. Angel welcomed us to Quito, took care of our bags, and got us to the hotel easily.
Check in was extremely easy, super helpful staff and our rooms were absolutely lovely. We had a very early flight out in the morning and again, Angel got us to the airport quickly.

This is my favorite hotel to stay while in Quito:
1. The people are friendly and extremely helpful.
2. Must try the bar and let them recommend local or Latin American drinks.
3. The rooms are truly suites, clean, and well maintained.
4. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable of things to do in Quito.
In my humble opinion it's the best hotel in Quito

I stayed after an early morning flight to Quito. Hotel is 5min from terminal. They provided a transfer and it was 3am so really thankful. Property is beautiful inside. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Zero complaints. Will be back

Clean and organized. Staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the way a member of the bar staff (angel) handled when I asked to charge my coffee to my room made it not only unpleasant, but down rude. Their system did not allow him to charge me at the bar. I asked him to charge it to the room. He insisted I had to pay him at the bar. Instead, he a suggested to come to room to charge my card there. Not very professional. He shows up 35 minutes late and I literally felt he was chasing me for a darn cup of coffee!!! This experience made it very unpleasant. Question whether I will stay there again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect location close to the airport to allow for a few nights of transition from arriving in Quito before heading to Galapagos. Easy pickup for our day tours during our short stay. Angel the bartender was great! Would definitely use again.

Modern hotel with convenient shuttle to the airport. Really appreciated the upgrade to the business suite after a long week of hiking. The whole room was very clean & comfortable.. but especially loved the shower & the bed! Customer service was excellent. Left too early to enjoy breakfast, but we were grateful for the coffee machine that was in the lobby. :) Thanks again for a wonderful night!!

Love staying atEB hotel every time I have a lay over in Quito. All of the staff is so polite, rooms are big, clean, confortable beds and quiet. Morning breakfast is excellent and love that they pick and drop me off at the airport! Highly recommend!
