The staff were great greeted us return customers, once again canot fault.

Walking distance to airport 15 minutes. Very comfortable and clean hotel, great breakfast and a bar with small restaurant with good choice. Walkable to town centre. Room has everything including tea and coffee. Quiet and relaxing stay. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great place to stay when visiting Gib. Parking 200yrds passed the hotel on the right, walkable to Ocean Village, clean and comfy room, very nice breakfast included.

Much better than I was expecting. Having usually stayed with the purple company in the UK. The hotel was clean and very smart interior, the location is very neat the airport (18min walk). They advertised a continental breakfast but there was a fill your boots English breakfast as well. A lovely beach is just a 10 min walk away and the town is a 20 min walk. Room was cleaned everyday and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff they were so helpful
And kind, the room was what we were expecting although TV channels were limited. The only criticism is the bar opening times were inconsistent it really depended on who was on duty! And the food after breakfast was pretty awful if

The hotel was much the same as any Holiday Inn. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of selection.

Great hotel with great staff and breakfast. I would recommend a room facing away from Devil's Tower Rd. due to traffic noise though. Also, free parking has limited space so check in early.

Over stay has been really good. The location is perfect. It’s close to the airport and the beach. Walking towards shops and restaurants will take about 10/15min. The staff is really friendly.

Everything was excellent apart from one point. The shower cubicle was NOT non-slip.....as a senior with poor mobility nearly slipped first night. Asked for rubber mat, they do not provide one. Only disappointment.

Hotel staff were not user friendly! I ask to have them bill my room for a cup of coffee after it was made and he refused to charge it to my room. Then I told I need to pay cash immediately rather than wait till I went back to my room. Obviously he trusts no one. Very rude. Not having much of a choice, I will not book this hotel chain again!

A clean hotel, a good base to explore Gibraltar.
A mixture of staff, some better than others but none of them bad.
A nice selection of food for breakfast, which was replenished as required.

Besides location the main kit was in the service I received from the start The folks at reception were incredible I had a major problem thst they were worked tirelessly to reconcile Highly recommend this Hotel

This is all we needed. Clean comfortable room, excellent bkfs buffet included, friendly staff and good location, within walking distance to the airport and city center, or use the bus that stops in front of the hotel, every 30 minutes.

Easy walk from and to the airport. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room…..and a Catholic Church next door. What more could I want!

Not so sure about the security light near the door to the room, on the inside. If you wake up it can be difficult to go back to sleep as the light shows up the room. It's best to face the other way if you tend not to sleep through the night.
Otherwise, the pillows and mattress were comfortable and everything else with the hotel (staff and amenities) were perfect.

Staff are superb. Great view overlooking the runway. Room pleasantly cooled by the AC, very welcome considering the warmth outside. Rooms clean and well serviced. I will definitely be back privately.
